“reliable access to work details”
Pros
Across most of the jobs I've had, the software has been the system employers rely on and it's been dependable. I'm able to get to all the work information I need without any hassle or frustration.
Cons
What I'd change is having to go through a security check every single time I sign in. The extra verification definitely starts to feel annoying after a while.

“Good platform”
Pros
Something that really worked well was the software's built-in time and attendance program. Having that feature included directly in the system made things much more convenient and kept everything in one place.
Cons
Overall the software had a lot going for it and there were plenty of positive aspects throughout the system. I can confidently say that I faced no issues.

“Works across devices”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of the software is how simple it is for employees to access their own information. In manufacturing, most of our staff do not get much of a chance during the workday to look up payroll or tax documents so being able to log in from home is really important. Our team uses all kinds of personal devices, from older Windows computers to newer MacBooks and we have not had issues with people getting into the system on their own regardless of what they use.
Cons
Where this software falls short for us is on the automation side especially when it comes to pulling data out of the system. We need certain the software information every week for internal reporting but our current plan does not support automated exports at all. Because of that, we have ended up relying on macro tools just to sign into the site, navigate through the right menus and click through the steps to download the files. For a platform this large and widely used, not offering a easy way to automate data extraction feels like a major miss.

“payroll works, integrations lag”
Pros
Compared with other similar products I've used, this version is decent enough. We mostly rely on it for payroll and benefits and it does those basics okay. The insurance and investment integrations are weak and tend to glitch quite a bit but it is simple to pull up and download statements. The software also felt cleaner and more user friendly at my previous job.
Cons
The integration is poor and we usually have to call support when something goes wrong. There aren't any email support options either.

“made thins efficient”
Pros
Bringing fresh talent into the company has been much more efficient with the software. The software makes daily tasks simpler and checking employee information in the system is very convenient. Creating custom reports is also easier than it used to be and the customer payment process feels more convenient now. Another big plus is having all employee details available together in one place.
Cons
Honestly, I have not run into any problems with the software. The only thing worth mentioning is that the upgraded version seems to cause a bit of difficulty for some customers.

“handle tasks online with this tool!”
Pros
Switching to digital time cards has been a smart, eco-friendly way to monitor every employee's clock-in and clock-out times. Instead of sorting through piles of paperwork for payroll, the whole process is handled online now. From onboarding new hires to managing retirements, the software covers everything needed in one easy-to-navigate platform.
Cons
My only complaint with the software is that payroll has to be submitted 48 hours ahead of time in order to be processed on schedule.

“payroll process is my favourite”
Pros
The software's payroll process is one of my favorite parts of using this platform. It makes checking my paystubs and seeing exactly where my money is going after I get paid really simple. The pie chart that breaks down where the money goes is especially useful and makes everything much clearer.
Cons
The biggest downside has been customer service. Even though the platform itself is very user friendly, it can take quite a while to get a response from the support team. Our organization actually had to bring in someone to handle issues with the system. Thankfully, I rarely need to contact support.

“tax season made simple”
Pros
During tax season, this app was a lifesaver. It kept records from my previous job available and I could quickly log in and pull the tax information I needed to file. I'd much rather have my tax forms accessible in the software than deal with the whole process of getting them mailed out.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is when the mobile app glitches and stops me from clocking in to work on time.

“very dependable solution”
Pros
The software has built a really solid solution for handling payroll and benefits for our small business. It's simple to work with, dependable and consistently gets the job done.
Cons
All in all, it's a very strong package and easy to use. The user interface and mobile app still have room for improvement but even as it stands now, I'm able to take care of everything I need.

“Has most of HR's capabilities”
Pros
Our HR team gets everything it needs from the software in one platform which makes it a very capable all-in-one solution.
Cons
It includes a huge number of features but many of them don't really apply to most users. Once those unnecessary pieces are stripped away, the platform can end up feeling like it has quite a few gaps.

“poor support and weak reporting”
Pros
Getting started with the software went well because the implementation team was professional and genuinely helpful. The disappointing part is that after the setup was finished, we were handed off to a different group that was much less helpful.
Cons
Payroll handled the basics well enough but the reporting tools were really not acceptable. Whenever we contacted customer service to have something corrected or updated, we usually ended up speaking with people who didn't seem to understand what we were asking for, even though our requests were fairly basic.

“fast and friendly on any device”
Pros
It works well whether I'm on a computer or using my phone! The interface is simple to navigate and it responds quickly, even when I'm connected through a mobile network.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. If there were something frustrating about it, I probably wouldn't keep using the software because that would get annoying fast.

“Solid platform”
Pros
Having worked with the software in a variety of roles over the years, I can say it's a solid platform. It handles payroll time clocks really well and keeps that process organized and efficient.
Cons
At this point, I don't really have any complaints about the software. It has been dependable and runs consistently without errors. I'm aware there's also a mobile app but I haven't used it enough to say much about it.

“HRIS sync”
Pros
Keeping the HRIS connected directly to payroll is really important. There really shouldn't be any gap or disconnect between those two systems.
Cons
This has less to do with the software itself and more with the support side. At times, it feels like my own internal team understands how the software works better than the support reps do. Every now and then I reach someone who truly knows the product well but that doesn't happen very often.

“Easy to figure out”
Pros
Our company relies on this software for a lot of HR tasks, from annual reviews to timecards and payroll. I really appreciate having so many functions available in one system instead of jumping between different databases. There is a slight learning curve when it comes to entering time on the timecard but it is not too difficult to figure out. Being able to log in from home or use the mobile app is also very convenient. It helps a lot when I need to approve my timecard before payroll closes and forgot to handle it while I was at the office.
Cons
I only use the software as an employee but it is obvious there are additional features available that my company does not fully use. HR also uses it for annual benefits enrollment and that part can feel confusing when you are trying to make sure every selection has been entered correctly.

“superb support from retirement team!”

“helpful to have”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes this really useful for checking each paycheck and looking up HR-related information when needed. It also does a solid job of tracking the taxes I pay, along with deductions and retirement contributions and presents it all in a way that's clear and easy to understand.
Cons
At times, the navigation is a bit tricky and with so many built-in options, it can feel overwhelming and make it easy to lose your place.
