Pay is recorded clearly every two weeks based on hours worked and day-by-day details. The software is user friendly and it's simple to download information whenever needed.

Cons

The T4 slip was updated too late. Since it's needed to file a tax return, getting it so late because of a technical issue was frustrating.

Whenever I need help with different features, the software's support team is incredibly helpful. Honestly, it has some of the best customer service and client management I've seen in any software. We also have a dedicated client manager who is available whenever needed which makes a big difference.

Cons

The reporting side of the software is not accessible at all. Without proper training, it's really hard to figure out how to run reports.

Having payroll outsourced through the software saves the company time and resources which lets the HR team give more attention to other areas that need a closer focus.

Some information can be harder to navigate than it should be and there are also features included that our company doesn't use so those sections just appear blank.

It has useful features and is fairly simple to work with making it a solid overall platform for handling company payroll.

The reporting side isn't very user friendly. You have to be extremely specific to figure out what you're trying to run and generate versus what actually gets reported and customer support hasn't been very helpful either.

The software has built a platform that supports employee needs across the board, from onboarding and training new hires to handling everyday time clock tasks.

Cons

There's also an employee app for tracking progress and clocking in and out which is really useful when it works but it has had some freezing and connection problems at times.

Using it feels very easy and the app has been really good too. It's especially useful being able to view a graph that shows the income I've received along with the taxes taken out.

One thing I've noticed is that after clocking in or out, it can take a little while to refresh and update the hours worked for the day.

Whenever I ran into trouble finding my way around the software, the customer service team was fantastic and usually helped almost right away. That level of support really stood out and made the experience much better.

Logging in could be frustrating at times especially during heavy-traffic periods. It usually seemed to happen around upcoming holidays, when the system was getting more use.

The software has been very easy for both me and my employees to use. Everything has worked reliably and I haven't run into any problems with the software.

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about it. It's absolutely worth the cost. My employees can move through their profiles without any trouble and running payroll is incredibly simple.

Keeping up with hours and time off is pretty easy and being able to sign in from my phone makes it really convenient to check things whenever I need to.

Cons

It does glitch quite a bit and the app isn't as user friendly as the website. I also wish the mobile app included all the same features that are available on the web version.

Using it felt very easy. I could print W-2s without any hassle and whenever I needed pay stubs or tax forms, they were right there and simple to print.

Everything worked fine for me until the interface was changed. After the upgrade, it became a bit more confusing although I'm starting to get used to it now.

Payroll data stays current with regular updates and the pie chart analysis is very simple to follow and understand.

Customer support falls short and getting a response can take a while. It would help if they improved their AI chatbots so basic questions could be answered faster.

The software works really well for growing businesses. It's simple to roll out, easy to navigate and overall very user friendly. Having a mobile app is also a big plus.

The interface feels a bit outdated and there are times when alerts or messages aren't very clear. An updated design would make the platform more accessible to use.

Customer support can be hit or miss at times, depending on who answers the call and what kind of question you need help with.

Clocking in and out is easy and accessible for hourly employees. Time-off requests are organized well and it's really useful being able to check when others on the team are scheduled off especially during busy holiday periods like Christmas.

Cons

It works well for tracking individual time but beyond that we've ended up using it less since we moved most other functions to more modern, flexible and productive platforms. The software handles the basics well but it really benefits from having another tool alongside it to cover the gaps.

Right from the start, getting into the system and moving around the app has never been a problem for me. It's really useful for viewing paychecks with a full breakdown, including the dollar amount, hours paid and exactly what the pay was for, like PTO, sick time, overtime and more. I also get my W-4 online way earlier than I would through the mail which makes it possible to file taxes sooner and usually get a refund faster than most people. Another helpful feature is being able to update dependents and adjust how much the IRS takes out of each paycheck.

Honestly, I can't think of any drawbacks. As I mentioned, I've always been impressed with the app and the fact that so many companies use it makes it even more convenient.

The software takes a lot off our plate but the biggest advantage is that once everything is set up, employees can handle their own hours and time-off requests on their own.

I really haven't come across anything I dislike about it. We've had a few minor hiccups here and there but they were quick to fix.

There are quite a few features included and some of them aren't explained very clearly. That can make certain parts confusing now and then especially when the company itself doesn't really use those tools.
