Being able to log in and check my paycheck anytime is something I really appreciate and it's also really helpful that I can see my schedule and my time-off requests all in one place.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It's very simple to find what I need and whenever I need to request time off, I can just go in and submit it there.

Using the software has been very easy and the implementation process was one of its biggest advantages.

The only downside is that setting up a new employee initially can take a bit of time.

Being able to pull up processed paystubs from different contractors in one place has been really useful. The software is easy to navigate, simple to use and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

There isn't much to complain about since the software handles exactly what it's supposed to do. The pricing is a little on the expensive side but it still feels worth it because so many companies use it and it's widely available.

Pros

One thing that really works well with this software is how accessible it is for both HR admins and employees. Staff can log in anytime and the system is accessible enough to pick up quickly. It's really convenient to check PTO, sick leave, other accrued balances and pull up pay stubs whenever needed.

Cons

To be honest, the software integrated very easily and the platform is user friendly. It includes the features I'd expect from this kind of software so I really don't have any complaints.

Payroll matters most in my work and this platform really helps me keep activity records accurate while making billing and payroll much faster to handle. One of the biggest advantages of the software is how user friendly it is, along with a dependable support team that is consistently available when needed. Since so many companies already use it, there is also plenty of helpful information out there which makes it easier to work through any issues that come up.

Cons

My work is mainly with independent contractors and freelancers so the system feels like it includes far more features than I actually need. A simpler version built specifically for contractors, separate from the employee-focused and tax-deduction setup, would be much more useful for this kind of work.

Pros

From the moment you accept an offer, the software makes the whole onboarding process feel simple and hassle-free. It's a really powerful platform for employees across the company especially because everything important is centralized. Tax documents like W-2s and W-4s are available online whenever needed, remote employees can clock in and out without issues and all company benefits are clearly organized in one place.

Cons

One area that still needs work is the mobile app. It doesn't offer as many features as the desktop version so it would be much better with further development.

The interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, it's simple to use.

Requesting time off can be tricky. It automatically defaults to 3 hours so employees need to pay close attention while going through the process.

Having EVERYTHING in one central place is a big plus. The UX and overall design are only so-so but being able to check my PTO, update my tax withholding, complete required training and handle more in a single spot really makes up for that.

Cons

Like I said, the UX and design just aren't very good. In 2021, there's really no reason a SaaS product should still have poor design.

Pros

The software is very user friendly for both employees and employers and the support tools it provides are simple to work with and carry out.

Cons

One area that could be more user friendly is correcting an already approved batch. I don't like that if changes are needed after approval, the only option is to fully delete the batch, fix the issue and then create the batch again.

One thing I really appreciate is how it provides timely updates for payroll and hours worked.

Cons

The homepage could be improved so users can click straight to what they need and cut down on extra steps.

Having the mobile app alongside the software is probably its best feature. Being able to check deposits, benefits, tax details and employee status right from my phone is incredibly convenient. The dashboards look clean and the whole system feels accessible to use.

Cons

My only real complaint is with historical data. It's there but it can take a while to drill down through the system and track down exactly what you need.

There's still room for improvement when it comes to payroll processing. At times, it's been difficult for me to tell exactly when I'm getting paid or when a payment has been sent.

The interface could look a bit more modern or polished but it still includes everything we need. The sophistication level is more than enough for a mid-sized business.

Bringing on new hires has been much more manageable with the software and compared with other software I've used, this one feels much more easy and easier to navigate.

Cons

Every now and then it loads a bit slowly or acts glitchy but that usually seems to happen during peak times of the day so it may also be related to my own internet connection.

Having all of my pay and benefits details in one place is really convenient. It also fills in the tax forms through the system which means there's no need to sit around waiting for them to arrive in the mail.

Cons

The mobile app isn't nearly as user friendly as the website. It tends to crash while you're in the middle of looking for something and sometimes pages just randomly fail to load.

Everything about it feels very user friendly and simple to navigate. It's easy to use, the app is nice as well and changing a password is quick and hassle-free. I also appreciate that there aren't unnecessary restrictions. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

At this point, I really don't have any complaints. It's been very good software overall and I also like the visual design.

It tracks taxes, deductions and retirement contributions clearly and lays everything out in a visual format that's simple to follow. You can also update details tied to your deductions and similar information directly through the online system.

Even with all of its strong features, finding specific items in the software can sometimes be a challenge. New users may feel a bit overwhelmed by the number of drop-down menus shown on the home screen. It's also one of the more expensive options on the market.

At best, this software handles the basic tasks you need most of the time but there really isn't much else about it that stands out in a positive way.

Cons

The system feels outdated and far from accessible. My accrued time off never seems to be correct and when I needed to track down documents for something important like filing taxes, it turned into such a mess that I eventually gave up.
