“Reliable support and setup”
Pros
Getting started with it was simple and the customer support was outstanding. They were especially helpful throughout the implementation process which made everything go much more smoothly.
Cons
The reporting setup was difficult to understand so users had to be trained repeatedly. That ended up adding extra training costs.

“poor support beyond signup”
Pros
The customer service reps were helpful and they handled the signup process quickly.
Cons
The technical team is weak and the escalation team hasn't been any better. It feels like they're dealing with a lot of technical problems and because of the issues I'm facing, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

“handy access to payroll docs”
Pros
Getting to pay stubs and tax forms is very convenient. It also helps to have other important information in one place, like company policies and the organizational structure.
Cons
Resetting a password can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming since it's tied to MFA and requires setting up a temporary password first.

“payroll automation that delivers”
Pros
Handling repetitive HR tasks with ADP Workforce Now has been a big time-saver. Approving timecards, processing payroll and reviewing employee records all became much faster. The automation tools cut down on manual work and helped reduce mistakes as well.
Cons
A few menu options feel tucked away so it can take more clicks than expected to reach the information you need. The system does its job well but the interface could use a more modern and organized design.

“EASY tax syncing and compliance”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about ADP is the syncing feature for handling quarterly tax payments. It helps me stay compliant and the platform is user-friendly as well.
Cons
The one thing I wish it offered is integration with my retirement accounts so everything could be visible in one place and simpler to access and track.

“helpful tools for employees”
Pros
Employees can move through benefits, time off, pay, tax withholding and time cards without much trouble and that's a core part of what makes the system valuable to the company.
Cons
There are times when the benefits area is a bit tricky to work through especially when employees are trying to compare different plan options.

“Clear payroll breakdowns”
Pros
Really appreciate how clearly it breaks down time, pay and gross versus net pay. Being able to compare pay periods is especially useful and adding time is simple.
Cons
Signing in and getting around the system can be frustrating at times. It would sometimes show errors or a "page not found" message several times whenever someone logged in and there was never a clear reason for it even though it eventually started working again.

“reliable time tracking and support”
Pros
Using ADP Workforce Now has been very simple. Time tracking is simple, employees can handle their own updates without much hassle and Perks at Work is a nice extra benefit. Customer support was also very helpful whenever needed.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about it. The system has been consistently reliable and the company has been solid to work with the whole time.

“good experience”
Pros
ADP has been an excellent payroll solution. It's simple to learn, simple to use and works really well for both employers and employees.
Cons
The downside is the cost especially for small businesses and a lot of the features may end up going unused.

“pay and tax tracking done right”
Pros
Keeping tabs on pay, taxes, deductions and everything else is really convenient and it's also very accessible across the board for other jobs.
Cons
At this point, there really isn't anything I dislike about ADP Workforce Now. I don't have any cons to mention right now.

“Convenient mobile HR access”
Pros
The clock-in tools are really simple and having the choice to sign in with a fingerprint or Face ID depending on the phone makes it even more convenient. It's also useful being able to request time off, fix time clock entries, view paperless check stubs and tax forms and update personal details for HR right from the app.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that since I've had several employers using ADP, I haven't always been able to pull up older tax statements depending on how far back they go. Customer service could also be better.

“helpful support and broad integrations”
Pros
The biggest plus with ADP Workforce Now has been the customer support. Everyone on our ADP team has been incredibly helpful and always willing to answer questions even when the same things come up more than once. Getting comfortable with the platform takes some practice and it really depends on how advanced you want your dashboards to be. My company doesn't use the time tracking piece but we've still found ADP to be one of the most highly integrated platforms available since it connects with just about any app.
Cons
At times, ADP Workforce Now can feel a bit overwhelming especially if you're not staying on top of the meetings or if your company doesn't have the time to make it a priority. I'd also mention that some of the training courses feel outdated. There may be some user error involved but quite a few of the ADP Learn courses meant to help people learn the software don't seem to work properly.

“Confusing logins and constant downtime”
Pros
ADP does offer a wide range of features that cover most core HR management and payroll tasks.
Cons
Using ADP is frustrating. The app seems to be down almost all the time and there appear to be several different versions of the app or website so it's rarely clear which one you're actually supposed to use. It's very easy to sign in to the wrong one and then struggle to find the information you need. Just logging in and getting access to anything feels unnecessarily difficult.

“reliable payroll and reporting”
Pros
Between the reporting tools, performance management module, payroll and HRIS database, ADP Workforce Now covers the areas we use most and does it well. The system is user-friendly overall and employees are able to navigate it without much trouble which makes day-to-day use much better.
Cons
Where it falls short is with ADP's customer service and the limited level of support available for smaller or mid-sized businesses. Another downside is that once someone is terminated, their access to previous employee records becomes very restricted.

“helpful payroll and scheduling tools”
Pros
Right away, it stood out for having plenty of useful features that were simple to work with. I used it for scheduling, time tracking, payroll and accessing paystubs and those parts were simple both as an employee and while handling admin tasks. It also made collecting and sharing information much more manageable through one platform.
Cons
One downside was not always getting important information at the right time. There were also occasions when the system went down and employees couldn't enter their hours when they needed to. That led to payroll delays or forced manual entries after the payroll cycle had already closed.

“Helpful payroll and time-off hub”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now has been really helpful because I can use it for just about anything I need, whether it's checking my hours, paychecks, time off, PTO or insurance details. Communication through the system is good, the reporting is accurate, everything shows up on time and it saves a lot of time overall.
Cons
One thing I don't like is not being able to go directly to my 401(k) information from ADP. I wish that part were easier to access instead of having to leave the system just to view those details.

“hr access made simpler”
Pros
Having this tool in place has made it much simpler for team members to get to all their information on their own, without creating extra work or pressure for management or HR.

“fast pay card updates”
Pros
Using it mainly for pay card services, I had a really positive experience with it. The system updates information very quickly so whenever I made changes, employees could take action on them right away without any delay.
Cons

“Time-saving payroll and reporting”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now offers really strong value especially with how much time the applications save. The reporting tools are simple to use and employees can track their time while also viewing all parts of payroll and benefits without much trouble.
Cons
