“handy callback”
Pros
Getting this software up and running was very easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. The part that stands out most is the 24/7 customer support especially the callback feature. Instead of sitting on hold forever, dealing with dropped calls and getting frustrated, I can contact the help desk, leave my callback details and they return the call to me.
Cons
One issue came up with the way the system was originally configured for Service Hours and Non Service Hours and it went unnoticed for 6 months. Because of that, we ended up having to issue a large payout to employees. I was also happy at first to learn they could assist with setting up an Employee Handbook along with Policies and Procedures but that service comes at an additional cost.

“user friendly payroll, limited flexibility”
Pros
Running payroll with it gets the job done and the layout is fairly user friendly so it's not hard to tell where to go or what steps to take.
Cons
The downside is that it feels very boxed in and doesn't offer much customization which makes it challenging for our industry and a workforce that is always changing.

“convenient access on any device”
Pros
Whether I was on a computer or using my phone, the software was always accessible and easy to get set up. It felt very convenient to use and didn't take much effort to navigate as an employee.
Cons
I really didn't run into any problems using the software. Being able to punch in and out on mobile, along with having quick access to my timecard and W-2 records, was especially convenient.

“love this option!”
Pros
Our organization recently moved our payroll service from Inuit to the software and the experience has been very positive. The platform feels accessible, is simple to navigate and overall has been very user friendly.
Cons
The problems I ran into during setup were not really caused by the software itself. The bigger issue was that the instructions the software gave our HR team for helping employees access their accounts were unclear which led to confusion and miscommunication between management and staff.

“reporting help but limited reports”
Pros
The layout doesn't look overly complicated which makes it approachable. Their outsourced custom reporting team has been fantastic to work with and the domestic customer service team has been decent as well.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is the ability to customize standard reports without having to build an entirely new one. It would also help a lot if standard reports could simply be cloned.

“part of out routine”
Pros
After using the software over the past year, it has really become a reliable part of how we manage our workforce. It lets us handle multiple types of employees at the same time, starting with onboarding and registration, then moving through time tracking, payroll, taxes, benefits and more. It takes a lot of the usual admin headaches out of the process and automates much of the work which has made employee management much simpler for us.
Cons
There are only a few minor things that could still be improved, nothing major at all. The interface could definitely be cleaner and a bit more easy especially since we're working across different employee levels. It would also help if the hiring and termination templates were more detailed and descriptive. Still, these aren't deal breakers by any means.

“all employee tools in one place”
Pros
Everything is laid out in a very easy way so navigating the system and putting in time-off requests feels simple. It keeps my current and upcoming tasks together in one place and lets me send requests directly to my manager. I can also log my hours each day and pull up paystubs and tax documents with just a click. I use it regularly for pretty much all of my employee-related needs and genuinely enjoy it.
Cons
The only part that gets frustrating is having to update my password more often than I'd prefer. It's tough to keep track of that many password changes without storing them somewhere that doesn't feel secure. I get the reason behind it but it's still a bit inconvenient sometimes.

“accessible and flexible platform”
Pros
Using this software day to day feels very easy. It's fairly accessible and the level of customization works well for businesses of all sizes.
Cons
The initial setup and transition were a bit of a headache. We eventually got comfortable with it but that learning period was a little rocky.

“worthwhile upgrade for visibility”
Pros
Moving over from our legacy systems took a lot of effort but it ended up being a worthwhile investment because the platform gives us stronger workflow management and much better visibility for leadership.
Cons
It's expensive, the implementation takes a long time and migrating data from older legacy systems was especially difficult.

“user friendly app and payroll”
Pros
The mobile app has been a pleasure to use because it's very user friendly and the payroll feature works really well for our office.
Cons
Every now and then, the app goes down and I can't get to my information which is frustrating when I need it immediately. Aside from that, I haven't had any other problems.

“quick access to old pay stubs”

“simple access to pay history”
Pros
Everything about it feels easy and uncluttered which makes navigating it pretty effortless. It does exactly what I need without a lot of extra fluff. I can pull up pay stubs and W-2s from past years, check my vacation balance and handle the basics all in one place. That convenience is a huge upgrade compared to how things used to be done.
Cons
There honestly isn't much for me to complain about. If I had to point to something, maybe it doesn't seem like it uses the newest or most advanced technology although I could be mistaken. Aside from that, I really don't notice any major issues.

“connected tools and employee access”
Pros
Everything in this platform feels connected so getting from one section to another makes sense and it's simple to loop back when needed. The employee self-service side is especially impressive since staff can handle their own time, W-2s, pay stubs and similar tasks without needing extra help.
Cons
The 1099 process last year was pretty chaotic especially the parts that weren't automated. We sent in our request and then it had to go through a group that was printing them in batches which made the whole experience frustrating. On the plus side, they did correct our issue at no charge.

“powerful HR hub”
Pros
Between applicant tracking, employee metrics and analytics, this software feels incredibly complete. The employee database is much more accessible now and having everything in one place has been a big improvement.
Cons
There's definitely a lot to take in at the beginning so it takes some training to really make the most of all the features included. Still, that feels more like a good problem to have than a real downside.

“benefits enrollment made simple”
Pros
Open enrollment is pretty easy here and it's convenient to compare and review benefit options in one place. Being able to check pay stubs in the same system is also really helpful.
Cons
A few of the benefit documents were difficult to track down. That said, it may have more to do with how our HR team configured the system than the platform itself.

Pros
Everything is set up in a very user friendly way and having all the payroll and tax details combined in a single system makes it much easier to keep employee information organized in one place.
Cons

“mobile app works well”
Pros
One thing that really works well in the software is the mobile app. The features are simple to use and just as simple to teach across a broad group of users. Having payroll information readily available right at your fingertips is very convenient and being able to integrate with SSO on a computer is probably the biggest advantage.
Cons
The downside is the mobile sign-in process can feel a bit inconvenient especially when SSO integration is enabled. On mobile, it asks for the email username rather than the usual SSO credentials which makes the login experience less easy.

“strong customer service”
Pros
Using this software feels pretty easy overall and most of the system is accessible once you get into it. There is a bit of a learning curve at first, mostly around figuring out where certain processes are located. In some cases, it seems like the same task can be done from more than one area or at least it looks that way which can be a little confusing.
Cons
One issue came up when trying to set up accounts for a user who was becoming an administrator. Entering time on timesheets after the fact also was not very accessible. That said, customer support was helpful and resolved the problem quickly.

“outdated platform, poor support”
Pros
There are definitely a lot of features in the software and they can be valuable once you finally understand how to use them. The problem is that getting to that point takes a lot of effort and if you're a smaller company with fewer than 500 employees, you shouldn't expect much help from a rep during the learning process.
Cons
Using the platform feels frustrating because it's very outdated, confusing and outdated. The interface looks like an old web 1.0 portal and just about everything is more complicated than it needs to be. It honestly feels like you need one employee spending all of their time just learning how the system works. On top of that customer service is terrible unless you're a very large company.

“essential for work tasks”
Pros
Overall the app is pretty easy to use even though there are times when it takes a bit of searching to locate certain things. The team calendar for instance, feels buried and can be difficult to find. Even with that I rely on it for just about everything work related, from salary information and administrative tasks to company activities. It has become an essential part of my routine!
Cons
A few features can be harder to track down than they should be. Still the payroll and W-2 access are easy and it was simple to fit the system into our existing business processes.
