“smooth setup and attendance tracking”

Pros

Getting this integrated went very well and the switch over was pretty smooth for the whole team. Managing time and attendance is also easy and doesn't take much effort.

Cons

My biggest annoyance with this software is having to work in military time. I also don't like the way the employee list sometimes doesn't appear unless you click through with the arrows.

Pros

A feature that's been especially useful is the PTO calendar! It lets you look months ahead so if you've already mapped out several days off across the quarter, you can jump forward to the end of the quarter, pay period or even the year and still see exactly how much time you'll have remaining.

Cons

There's very little to complain about with this software! It's been a really valuable tool over the seven years I've been using it.

Using the software daily has been a really positive experience and I'm genuinely impressed by how simple it is to navigate. It's a dependable product that comes with a lot of useful perks :))

Honestly I don't have any real issues with it. The few interruptions I've run into were only temporary and got resolved pretty fast.

The software is very user friendly and presents current employment information in a clear, easy way. The overall layout makes it simple to look through benefits, payroll and timesheets without any confusion so daily navigation feels very natural.

Cons

If you forget your password or run into login issues, getting back in can be pretty frustrating. That said since the system stores sensitive information like Social Security details, the extra security does make sense in the long run.

Pros

Our company switched to this software about a year ago and it has been very simple to use! Having both the mobile app and the desktop version is really convenient. Everyday tasks like clocking in and out, submitting time off requests, checking vacation balances and similar things are much more manageable.

Cons

Every now and then we run into login problems although they usually get fixed pretty quickly. It would also help if the app worked more like the desktop version since switching between the two can be a little confusing.

This platform works really well for checking paystubs, reviewing company benefits like my 401k and making changes to health insurance when needed.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about: its simple to navigate.

Pros

Most of the workflows are pretty easy. Being able to clock in while walking into the job site without dealing with a physical time card, is really convenient. And even though I'm not crazy about the way paid time off requests are handled, the software still helps by giving you one place to submit PTO instead of having to email several different people.

Cons

The app itself is terrible. Pages take a long time to load and just logging in to clock in for a shift usually ends up taking 1-2 minutes. Also the PTO request process feels more complicated than it should be. It would make a lot more sense if the software built PTO requests for specific days directly into each person's time card.

Pros

Working with the software has been really easy! It's simple to figure out, doesn't take much effort to find what I need and I can access it just as easily from my phone as I can from a desktop.

Cons

One small frustration is that some of the links can be a little confusing to get to unless they're already saved so going directly to them makes things much simpler.

It's helpful that everything is stored in one system for HR and payroll. You can make updates, save them and even get notifications when something like an employee's credential is about to expire which is useful for keeping track of important deadlines.

Cons

Biggest problem is the customer service or really the lack of it. The internal instructions for how to complete tasks feel very outdated and seriously need to be refreshed. When you call for help, wait times can stretch to as long as four hours and on top of that some of the technical support representatives overseas are unpleasant to deal with and come across with an attitude. To make it worse, every person seems to tell you a different way to handle the same issue. There's very little consistency or standardization across the company and that makes this program extremely difficult for a business to use.

Moving within the platform feels very easy to do and the built in guidance along the way makes the whole experience really user friendly. Whenever I'm working through something, the help button is especially useful.

Cons

At times there's a lot happening on one screen so a simpler layout would be nice. I'd prefer the on screen design to be a little more easy to follow.

Pros

Keeping up with my worked hours was easy and I could enter them myself for management approval without any trouble. Having access to pay stubs and W-2 forms once they were processed was really convenient too. I didn't need to reach out to management or HR every time I needed payroll documents.

Cons

Every now and then the system would lock employees out which meant we couldn't update or correct the hours we had worked. When that happened, we had to get in touch with management to make sure we were paid for any time that wasn't entered.

Pros

Aside from a few very basic instructions from our HR team, I didn't need any real training to use this software. It gives you a easy way to track work hours, automatically include required breaks and handle the basics without confusion. Beyond time tracking, it's also very helpful for managing vacation time from both the company side and the employee side. Being able to quickly see how many holiday days are left makes planning time off much more convenient.

Cons

Occasionally the system freezes while I'm using it. That could be related to the server but if that's the case, it also suggests it may be consuming quite a lot of resources. I've noticed my browser's RAM usage climbs pretty fast when the platform is open so there may be some issue with how the underlying code is optimized.

So easy to use and the system is simple to navigate. Whenever I'm unsure about something, there are several built in resources available that help me find the answer quickly.

Cons

Accessing the software outside of my workplace can be frustrating. The security measures feel a bit excessive which makes getting into the system more difficult than it needs to be.

Being able to handle a team's time tracking and payroll in one place has been really helpful. As an employee, I also love being able to quickly check my hours and pay whenever I need to :)

Cons

I don't like having to download my pay statement every time. I'd rather be able to open a digital copy directly without needing to save it first.

Whether I'm on a computer or using the app on my phone, the software is accessible for both employers and employees. Running payroll is fairly easy and having documents available electronically is definitely convenient.

Cons

Dealing with the software feels unusual because its two service divisions don't seem to communicate with each other at all. The software is presented as a small business HR solution but if you're not extremely careful, it's easy to miss what you're actually being charged for. The services come bundled together and a lot of what's included may never even get used. On top of that there's no real option to customize the package since it's sold as a 'one size fits all' setup. The team that usually works with larger companies also seems to approach smaller businesses with packages designed for much bigger organizations without much regard for whether they're actually a good fit.

The software comes with a wide range of features including solid analytics capabilities. It also works well with related products which makes it a good fit if you're already using their ecosystem. Since it's web based, it can be used across different platforms without much trouble.

Cons

The web interface gets the job done but it takes time to learn and can feel resource heavy. There are other solutions on the market with stronger integration overall and the pricing doesn't feel very competitive for smaller teams.

Using the software has been very convenient overall! The iPhone app makes clocking in and out simple and it's also really handy for checking current hours, pay stubs, W-2s and other payroll details whenever needed.

Cons

Sometimes there are problems with clocking in or out. When the app doesn't work properly, management has to step in and correct the time manually.

Keeping up with my daily time is really easy with this and it also gives me one place to check the extra benefits the company offers. I can quickly see new company updates and stay informed about all the perks available to us.

Cons

The system may freeze or it may run into technical glitches sometimes but that comes with technology sometimes. Even with that, it has still been a very valuable resource overall.

Having one place to securely access W-2s and other tax documents has been really helpful! It also does a very good job of letting me keep track of my pay and accrual balances without any issues.

Cons

It makes users update their passwords pretty often which definitely adds security but it can also get a little frustrating.

Every day when I clock in, the time shows up in the software right away. I'm able to check all of my hours for each day and the full week which is really helpful.

Cons

For the parts of the app I use, I haven't run into anything I dislike.
