“Smart automation”

Pros

Doesn't take long to get comfortable with it because the platform is clear and easy to use. One thing we've really noticed is how quickly customer service responds when something comes up. It also does an excellent job of automating processes which saves time day to day. The notifications are efficient as well, keeping users informed about pending emails in their inbox and overall it brings together just about everything a company needs within the same system system.

Cons

Biggest challenge on my end is not having clear visibility into each team member's time off. Other than that there isn't really a major issue although it does take some training and practice before you can fully master the software.

“modern payroll I can trust”

Pros

Gives me a lot of confidence especially when it comes to anything finance related. The best part is that it makes far fewer mistakes than other payroll software I've used in the past. It also feels much more modern, unlike other payroll systems that seem outdated and require way too many clicks just to complete a task.

Cons

Having to sign in every time I open the platform on my phone isn't always my favorite thing. That said I do understand and appreciate that this extra step is there to protect my personal information. With phones now using fingerprint scanners, I'd rather keep the login process than remove it and risk weaker security.

“Fitting for daily HR tasks”

Pros

Handling both my own information and the details for the employees I oversee is very easy. Even when new features are introduced, they still feel accessible and simple to work with.

Cons

There have been a few times when I got an error on the first login and had to sign out and log back in. Still it has been a very minor inconvenience and hasn't really caused any problems for me.

Getting around the software feels very easy and it gives quick, convenient access to payroll data whenever I need it.

Cons

I honestly don't have any real complaints about it.

Pros

Even for people who aren't very tech savvy, the interface is really user friendly and simple to work with. It also performs well at any time even during busy high-traffic periods.

Cons

Every now and then, it doesn't load correctly right away but once it does, everything works fine. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first glance though it's actually not difficult once you start using it.

“easy to navigate”

Pros

Navigating the software has been very easy and it gives me access to a lot of useful information in one place. Updating direct deposit is fast and I also appreciate that details can carry over from previous jobs when they used the software too. Getting my W-2 quickly through the company instead of waiting for it in the mail is a big plus and the year-over-year earnings information is very thorough and helpful.

Cons

Resetting a password can be frustrating and the two factor authentication feels a little excessive just to make direct deposit changes. I also wish there were a way to compare current paychecks with the matching pay date or pay period from the previous year.

“HR convenience”

Pros

Having everything in one place makes this software really convenient to use and the layout is easy. It works well for businesses of all sizes whether small, mid-sized or larger organizations. After moving over from another provider, the transition went smoothly and this system has been just as simple (if not even simpler) to use.

Cons

Personally didn't come across any major setbacks yet.

“clean homepage”

Pros

Right from the start, the platform feels easy and fairly accessible to use! The site has a clean layout and the homepage gives a really helpful overview of personal work information. PTO, benefits, paychecks and similar details are all simple to find and access. It works really well as a tool for both employees and the company.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems while using it. As an employee level user, I probably don't see the kinds of issues or complaints that HR or management might deal with.

“Reliable payroll tool”

Pros

Using this program has been a positive experience overall! It's easy, user friendly and simple enough for just about anyone to pick up and use. Our agency relies on it and that simplicity is a big reason why. It may not have every feature available but it does what we need it to do.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a more modern set of features. It has improved over time but there's definitely room for more development. I'm interested to see how the software continues to evolve.

“powerful HR management hub”

Pros

Running HR through this platform has helped bring a lot of key functions into one place. It does a solid job of connecting employee records, benefits, compensation, time-off tracking, applicant tracking and recruiting workflows. Another big plus is its ability to export data into other downstream systems which makes reporting, analysis and decision-making much more useful.

Cons

An area that still needs work is usability. The system could be more accessible overall and the time-off section especially is not very clear. It doesn't present how many leave days I need to plan for across the year in a way that is simple to understand at a glance.

Pros

Working within this software has been very easy for me. It's easy to understand and logging in is quick and trouble free.

Cons

There wasn't anything I disliked about this software at all. I've been happy with everything about it and really love using it.

“Easy to use”

Pros

Has been dependable and reliable for us and overall it's a really solid software to work with. It's also very simple to use which makes daily tasks much easier.

Cons

Not many downsides come to mind. The only thing is that when it goes down, the alert is very loud and can be a little startling but at the same time it's helpful because it lets me know right away to check my system.

“self-service portal is fantastic!”

Pros

Having a self-service portal this useful has been a big plus! I can quickly pull up tax documents, submit time-off requests, check how many hours I have available and the visual pay breakdown for each pay period is especially helpful.

Cons

Some parts of the platform feel much more polished than others. Certain features work really well and have a modern look especially the newer icons and tools but the rest of the interface still feels a bit outdated and reminds me of something from the early 2000s. I'd just prefer more consistency across the whole system.

“strong recruiting reach”

Pros

It does a solid job of tracking candidates coming in from Indeed, Glassdoor, Linkedin, Google Jobs and other sources. On top of that the customer service has been really good :)

Cons

Problem is the extra cost if you want your jobs to show up on the first pages of third-party job boards. Without paying more, a newly posted job can still end up buried way back on page 8.

“valuable employee record management”

Pros

We picked the software because it connects well with a lot of the systems already used in my business. Since the company is growing, this felt like the right time to bring in a new software platform. I've been really happy with how simple it is to keep employee records organized and it has definitely turned out to be a very worthwhile investment.

Cons

At times the program feels a little outdated but not enough to interrupt the work getting done.

“paycheck breakdown is useful”

Pros

A nice part of this is the zoomed out view of paychecks especially the pie chart that shows how deductions are split and compares your small share with Uncle Sam's cut. It's simple overall and there's no need to change something that already works.

Cons

Loading time could definitely be better. An automatic backup to Google Drive or something similar would also be really helpful for people who only log in to download their payslips since right now it kind of forces extra interaction.

Pros

Feels like a modern and distinctive time-tracking tool and it's really helpful for checking exactly how much vacation, sick and holiday time is still available.

Cons

The only issue is that there are times when it doesn't perform as well as it should.

Pros

Being able to clock in and out every day is really convenient and requesting time off is also pretty simple.

Cons

I do wish the time-off process were a little clearer although that confusion might be more related to my company than the software itself.

“helpful payroll management”

Pros

Running a veterinary hospital with around 12 employees, I rely on the software to manage the team and it's been very helpful when it's time to process payroll or make necessary updates. The system is fairly user friendly which makes daily management a lot more manageable.

Cons

One issue that comes up quite often is my employees not being able to clock in or out through the software. It usually seems to happen around payroll time and since it can occur weekly, it does get pretty frustrating.

Using this program has been very easy and it's been simple to navigate and work around while getting everything done that I need for my job.

Cons

Honestly I didn't run into much that felt wrong with the program. The only problem I really had was with the forgot password process.
