Pros

From full employee information to sick time and paid leave balances, Everything I need is available in one quick view. I can also check pay details and pull up pay statements without any trouble which makes the system really convenient to use.

Cons

Navigation can be a little confusing sometimes especially when I'm trying to locate something specific. There are also moments when too many options look similar which makes it harder than it should be to find the right one.

One thing that's really useful about the software is how it lets me check all payroll activity and salary slips in one place.

Cons

Occasionally it does run a bit slowly and sometimes it also requires a VPN connection.

Pros

The reporting capabilities are really comprehensive and having customer support available to assist with custom reports was a big plus. There are plenty of features and data fields to pull from which makes extracting the information you need very flexible.

Cons

A downside is that the employee profile includes a lot of extra fields we didn't actually need and that creates several additional pages to click through when entering information for each employee.

Pros

With this software, I can pull up my paystubs whenever I need them no matter where I am. That convenience has been one of the best parts for me. I also get my W-2s through the platform which makes tax time much simpler and less of a hassle.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into anything negative. It hasn't caused me any issues at all and it's been very reliable every time I use it. I haven't dealt with crashes or glitches and overall it's been an excellent tool to have.

Pros

Having HR and payroll in one place is really helpful and the platform is fairly simple to navigate. Employees can log into a single portal and handle everything from checking W-2s to reviewing vacation balances without jumping between different systems.

Cons

Problem is that this product seems to evolve more slowly than some competing options. Since moving to a different ERP system is usually complicated, expensive and takes a lot of time, the platform benefits from that built-in hurdle. Because of that, the pricing tends to run higher and the level of support is not always where it should be.

Pros

Using the software has been a really positive experience and the app performs very well on both desktop and mobile devices.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems with the software and all of the features have been very simple to use.

Pros

Something that really works well with the tool is that the payslips are posted on time and are usually accurate. They're also laid out clearly by the state I lived in and the state I worked in and the local and state tax details are clearly listed which makes everything much easier to review.

Cons

My biggest frustration is how long it takes to issue W-2 forms after the tax year ends (it can take nearly a month) I'd also like to see a yearly tax forecast included so users can get a better idea of how much additional tax they may still owe.

Pros

Running payroll with this platform feels pretty easy especially for a small company trying to keep things organized. The interface looks clean and it doesn't take long for a new user to understand how everything works.

Cons

Once you start using it for payroll across a large group of consultants, a number of issues come up. There aren't enough built-in templates which means users end up doing more manual work than they should. On top of that customer support could be much more responsive.

Pros

Having used this platform for years across several different employers, I'm always glad when a new company uses the software. It's a system I already know well and I've consistently been happy with how it works.

Cons

Every now and then the mobile app on my phone will suddenly force close but it doesn't happen very often.

There honestly isn't much about the software that stands out to me in a positive way. That said, the interface does look good, the system is generally stable and we rarely deal with downtime. I'll also say the main customer support line has been more helpful than I expected even if getting someone can sometimes take a while.

Cons

Reporting is where things really become frustrating. The standard reports are structured in a strange way that doesn't feel practical or useful compared to what I'm used to. We also regularly run into errors, unexpected changes or other issues that come from the provider rather than anything on the user side. On top of that our assigned account representative is barely knowledgeable and has been poor about following up or actually resolving anything. We asked for a replacement six months ago and nothing has happened yet.

Using it felt very easy from the start. Clocking in and out was trouble free and checking paychecks and tax forms was just as convenient.

Cons

There wasn't anything about the software that bothered me. I was happy with every part of it and would gladly use it again.

Right from the start this software has been a solid option and fairly simple to navigate. It helps keep up with all kinds of work-related needs in one place which makes staying organized much more manageable. Overall it feels easy and useful.

Cons

There is still a bit of a learning curve especially for anyone who is not very comfortable with computers. Some parts can be confusing or harder to figure out at first so having someone walk you through it can really help.

Having time, payroll and team communication together in one platform makes daily tasks much more convenient. It's simple to review, discuss and approve time or payroll issues in the same environment and managing time-off requests is just as easy.

A few tools can be difficult to locate because of the way the menus are set up and certain features don't feel very accessible in how they're organized.

“API integration was a nightmare”

Pros

Honestly there was nothing positive about it. The whole experience was awful and I would never choose to work with them again.

Cons

We tried to connect our solution to the software using their published API and it turned into a complete dead end. After four weeks of going back and forth, we ended up giving up entirely. At first they kept telling us to just use their API and that nothing else was needed. That turned out to be false because to actually integrate, you have to become their partner. On top of that they are not interested in making you a partner if you only have one client. It felt like dealing with a huge company where too many people were involved, nobody had clear answers and there was a lot of pointless runaround.

Clocking in and out has never been a problem for me and checking or downloading my pay statements whenever I need them has always worked without any trouble.

Cons

I haven't come across any downsides while using this software. I've heard other people mention outages but I've never dealt with that myself and have always been able to clock in on time without issues.

Getting to employee details is very easy and editing timecards is convenient. It's also helpful to have paychecks and tax information available in one place.

Cons

The PTO feature is a bit confusing to navigate. Employees also seem to run into issues when trying to clock in and out from their phones using the app.

Running either a small business or a larger company is much more manageable with this software. It handles onboarding, payroll, annual reviews and benefits administration all in one place which makes things far more convenient. It can also be customized to fit the company's needs and that makes it especially valuable.

Cons

One thing that would make this software even stronger is having more flexibility when it comes to reporting. It would be helpful to run additional reports based on the employee and payroll information a company needs.

“User friendly”

Pros

Navigating the software feels very easy and the whole system is simple to use. Our company moved to a competing product for a while but now we're planning to come back. Clocking in and out is definitely much more convenient with this software.

Cons

I can't think of anything about it that has been disappointing. The only reason my company switched away in the first place was because another provider offered a competitive deal and that's also why we're planning to switch back.

Extracting the information I need is simple. Whether I'm checking the user database, compensation details, insurance plans or anything else, it's all quick to find and well organized.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints. The only time I ran into trouble was with the payroll paperless feature but it turned out to be an admin-related setting so in the end everything worked out fine.
