At my company, the software handles payroll and it does a really solid job. It tracks work time down to the second which helps make sure paychecks are accurate.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about the software. A lot really comes down to how each company sets it up and which features they choose to use.

Pros

Having everything in one place with this system has been a huge plus. The visibility is excellent and it has become my go-to for all things Human Resources. Payroll, hiring, benefits: it's all there and very convenient to manage.

Cons

Adjusting to a new program is never completely simple and there was a small learning curve at first. Still it has absolutely been worth the effort to get comfortable with it.

“Reliable customer service”

Pros

Getting employees started with this software was very easy and there were barely any questions during the rollout. The platform is simple to navigate and whenever I need assistance on the administrative side, customer support has been really helpful, even if the wait time can be a bit long at times.

Cons

Setting up the employee-facing views was a little more involved than expected. Even so, it still feels simpler to use than a lot of other products and services I've worked with.

This software has made my job so much more manageable and honestly, I can't imagine doing my work without it. It simplifies things in a way that really makes a difference every day.

Cons

One thing I'd change is the search format for finding people. Right now it shows last name first and first name second and I'd prefer it to be set up the other way around.

Managing payroll across multiple projects has become much more efficient and it also keeps all the related benefits processes organized in one place.

Cons

I haven't run into any major downsides. Aside from the usual onboarding hiccups that tend to come with most new software rollouts, nothing notable stands out.

Something that worked well was having access to past paychecks whenever needed. The system also keeps important documents in one place including things my organization posts like W-2 forms and benefits information.

Cons

Changing a password is way more complicated than it should be and getting locked out happens far too easily. On top of that you usually have to go through your administrator instead of reaching customer service directly and reaching the customer service team is extremely difficult.

Pros

Time tracking was consistently accurate and having access to my W-2 through the system was something I really appreciated.

Cons

There wasn't really anything about it that I disliked.

Pros

Checking my timecard is easy and I can quickly spot any mistakes. Clocking in and out is simple and it clearly shows my current pay period. I can also access my profile and benefits without any trouble. Overall the layout is clear and everything is simple to follow and understand.

Cons

It lacks reminders to clock back in after lunch. I also wish punches could be edited directly instead of having to send it up the chain especially since people get busy and mistakes happen pretty easily. Also the system sometimes takes longer than expected to load which can create problems when trying to clock in.

Pros

Everything is laid out in a very user friendly way and it clearly breaks down the payments I've received from my company. It even includes a pie chart which makes the information much easier to understand at a glance.

Cons

On the app side it can be a bit inconsistent compared to using it in a browser, where it works really well. The mobile app still has some bugs and can be harder to navigate although I have noticed it getting better over time.

Right away the software felt very user friendly and one thing I really appreciate is the built-in training platform that teaches you while you're actually using the system. The little hover-over information bubbles are also really helpful because they give you quick guidance on features and newly released updates. It's also a big plus that the software continues to expand its integrations since being able to connect several other systems to payroll helps everything flow much more smoothly. I genuinely enjoy working in the software because it's simple to navigate, pull reports and process payroll. The system is also smart enough to prevent hiring individuals with duplicate personal information which is extremely valuable from an auditing standpoint. Overall it's a really solid system to work with.

Cons

A few drawbacks stand out with the software. Reporting can be hard to work with if you're not completely sure what data you need before you start pulling it. The support team can be very slow and it sometimes feels like smaller organizations do not get the same level of priority as larger companies when issues come up. Another downside is the lack of customization. If your company needs specific forms or processes customized to fit your internal needs, this system may not be the best option and I would probably recommend looking at something more customizable.

It's a really solid payroll management app that keeps track of all the important details in one place.

Everything stays organized and it lets you view all your hours along with the exact amount of tax that's been deducted.

Handles several important tasks for us especially tracking employee hours and compensation. Our team clocks in through the app every day and clocks out at the end of the workday which keeps everything organized. The app is simple to use, password protected and the information goes straight to the administrator.

Cons

Issues hardly ever come up but around the end of a pay week, when the system shifts over to the next period, a few employees have mentioned that they're unable to see their time entries on those days.

The software has consistently been simple to navigate especially for companies with more than just a small handful of employees. We use it to manage time tracking, pay, 401K details and tax information. One thing I really appreciate as an employee is that it keeps my full history even from a previous job. I've also been able to pull tax documents from years back without any trouble.

Cons

It would be better if the software updated 401K and tax changes more quickly. There also seem to be occasional problems with the timekeeping reports.

Moving from one section to another is a very simple process and it is so easy to do so!

When I'm using it for payroll, it can be confusing to notice that I'm still looking at a previous pay week instead of the current one.

Using the desktop version is pretty easy and it makes managing a team and tracking hours simple enough.

Cons

Once I switch from desktop to mobile, that's where things start falling apart. The mobile app is barely functional and I end up restarting it constantly just to get even the most basic features to work.

Getting started with the software is pretty user friendly and the customer service team was accessible, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. The workflow between modules feels smooth, provided the initial setup is done properly and the system is used the way it was intended.

Cons

I'd really like to see stronger functionality for employers managing leave administration and other time off programs. The documentation around process mapping from recruitment to onboarding to payroll could also be much clearer. For instance it would help to have a snapshot of the required fields for each employee setup and clarification on which security roles populate which fields. I've seen cases where payroll creates an employee profile with only the basic details needed to run payroll and then a year later when the benefits team adds the benefits module, there's a lot of cleanup and backfilling of fields that really should have been completed at the time of hire.

Pros

Whether I'm on my computer or using the mobile app, this tool gives me everything I need to stay on top of my hours, pay and retirement account. It also lets me update and manage my retirement withholdings and even shift my investments around when needed.

Cons

At this point I don't have any complaints about the software. I've been using it for the past two years and it consistently lets me handle everything I need to do.

Once I'm signed in everything I need is pretty easy to locate whether it's my 401k information, pay stubs, paycheck breakdowns or my available vacation and sick time. I also really appreciated the extra the software member perks. They offered quite a few coupons and discounts for users which actually helped when I was trying to save a little money on some Apple products.

Cons

Using the time off request section was pretty confusing. I accidentally submitted the wrong days more than once or selected vacation time when I meant to use personal days which was frustrating. Changing a request wasn't simple either since there really wasn't a clear way to edit the dates or switch the type of leave without deleting the whole request and starting over. On top of that I regularly ran into issues entering my weekly hours because past pay periods were often locked so I couldn't always log the time I had worked.

Navigating this software feels very easy and everything is laid out clearly with detailed features that make it really convenient to use. Employees can enter their hours each week without any trouble and access to check stubs and tax documents is right there when needed. Overall it's an excellent program from start to finish.

Cons

Honestly there wasn't a single thing I disliked about this software. It covers everything an employee or employer could possibly need.

Using the software has made daily work much more manageable. It's user friendly, offers plenty of options that help simplify tasks and gives you access to the data you need through reports. Payroll is much easier to handle and their customer support has always been very helpful whenever needed.

Cons

Many of the earlier drawbacks are already being addressed through the new the software enhancements. Reports are becoming simpler to configure and manage for the data you need and the app is also making the system more accessible for employees.
