Recording my time is easy and it's helpful to have the option to add extra fields whenever they're needed. Sending in time-off requests is also very convenient.
Cons
The mobile app could be better when it comes to logging time since it's not as accessible as the web version. The interface also feels pretty busy visually and a cleaner layout would make it much easier to find where I need to go.

Cons

Working with this tool from both the employee and administrator side has been a very positive experience! It works really well as an HR and timekeeping platform, letting employees sign in, enter their timesheets and check payroll details along with benefits information all in one place.
Cons
I haven't run into any real issues with the software. The interface feels very user friendly and employer documents were simple to find and access whenever needed.

Pros
Once everything is configured, the system is pretty easy to work with. It was customized before I took it over so there are a lot of really useful fields available for reporting.
Cons
Getting everything set up is complicated and confusing. Every custom field has to be handled with a specialist and the reporting side is confusing too.

Everything I need is right there and simple to locate. I can keep track of things without digging around whether it's my W-2, pay stubs or other payroll details. Being able to update my own tax information is also a really nice feature.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about except the system doesn't give very helpful error messages. If something fails, it usually doesn't explain what actually went wrong which makes it tough to figure out how to fix it.

Cons

Having everything in one place is really convenient. The system is very user friendly and it makes it simple to get to all of my HR-related information without jumping between different sites. Whether I need to download pay stubs, submit a time-off request, check my balances or past requests or review my benefits, it's all available from one website and that makes things much more convenient.
Cons
Navigation can be a bit confusing at times because there are so many menu options. Every now and then I have to click around more than I'd like before I find the exact page I need.

There honestly isn't much about the software that stands out to me as an end user. That said I've never had any problems signing in and I also haven't run into any downtime at all. The system is consistently available whenever I need to use it.
Cons
The interface and overall feature set really need improvement. I'm not sure whether this comes down to how it's configured or if it's simply a limitation of the software but I can't submit time off requests more than one pay period ahead. It feels like there should be an option for users to request time off further in advance.

Customer support has easily been the best part for me. Whenever I run into an issue, it gets resolved and the employees always make both me and my concern feel like a priority. the app is a nice bonus too.
Cons
There's no way to temporarily lock the software card in the app. Because of that, in some situations you have to cancel the current card and request a replacement instead.

Using it for timekeeping is pretty easy overall which I appreciate. When my computer is slow to load or I'm tied up with something else, being able to switch to the mobile app is really convenient and gives me some helpful flexibility.
Cons
Finding certain details in the system like my clock-in and clock-out punches, can be a bit frustrating because the navigation is not always clear. I'm usually trying to check that information quickly and I often end up clicking into the wrong section first.

I honestly never even got to the point of really using this software. Getting the app set up on my phone was much harder than it should have been. On top of that I had little to no help from my managers when it came to setting it up or understanding what the software actually does and how it was supposed to help.
Cons
Right away, the biggest problem was how difficult it was to get the app installed and working on my phone. It felt like I needed more information and support from my managers but that never happened. The application itself was not very accessible and even the basic setup process was confusing and frustrating. This could have been partly user error but I'm fairly tech-savvy so the whole experience was still pretty disappointing overall.

Something that really made a difference was the community support. The software has a strong user community and people are quick to jump in with answers, tips and best practices. That part has honestly been a game changer.
Cons
At the same time the system is overall very complicated. You pretty much need someone on your team to become a specialized, highly trained user just to handle basic tasks like running reports. I've really struggled trying to pull deduction reports for specific time periods. We also used timecards and generating exception reports was way more complicated than it should have been.

Running both our hourly and salaried payroll on weekly and biweekly schedules has worked really well with this system. It handles the process consistently and the reports along with tax related information update automatically which saves time and keeps things current.
Cons
Whenever a new integration or acquisition needs to be added, getting everything built out across the mainframe and enterprise setup turns into a two layer effort. The reporting also feels less effective when compared with other reporting tools.

Eerything being in one place for employees, managers, supervisors and directors is a huge plus. It's simple to train people on, the HR functionality is excellent and tracking as well as organizing new hires is quick and easy.
Cons
Only real downside has more to do with old-school management not wanting to learn new technology. As for the product itself, the only thing that can be a little challenging is building custom reports.

Cons
