Pros
Having everything about my wages and taxes in one place has been really helpful. It's nice being able to see what I'm going to get paid for the week before the deposit even reaches my bank account.
Cons
Part I'm least happy with is how hard it can be to get in touch with customer service when I need help. If I'm trying to make a schedule adjustment and need clarification before submitting it, it feels like there's no one available to contact.

Pros
This has been the best system I've used for keeping track of my payroll details and pay stubs, checking health insurance information and following my progress toward development goals in my role at the organization. I'd definitely recommend it!
Cons
I don't have any complaints. It's accessible, accessible and simple to navigate without needing any kind of tutorial.

“Complete HR powerhouse”
Pros
Having everything in the software for all of our HR functions across the organization has been a big advantage! It organizes HR management, time and attendance and payroll by keeping it all in one system.
Cons
The system gets updated constantly and while that can be beneficial, it becomes frustrating when those changes impact reports that were already built or special rules that were set up. It creates real issues when something goes wrong in the middle of payroll like a report not pulling the right data or an employee suddenly losing access to someone they would normally be able to view.

“Reduces manual work”
Pros
Its a huge advantage to have everything a business uses daily in one platform. The time and attendance tools and payroll workflows feel accessible and easy to use and they reduce a lot of the manual work that usually comes with traditional timekeeping.
Cons
At first the system can feel a bit overwhelming because there's so much information packed into one place. Still once you learn your way around it, it quickly becomes something you wouldn't want to be without.

Pros
One thing that works really well with this software is how employees can log in without issues and submit time off requests without any hassle. It's also a convenient way to keep track of paychecks and the alerts are helpful since they notify you when an employee requests time off and when a paycheck is ready to view. Also companies can keep employee information organized which is especially useful in emergency situations.
Cons
For now, I really don't have any complaints about this software. My opinion might be different if I had administrative access since that could give me a better perspective on areas where improvements might be needed.

Pros
From the start the interface feels easy and simple to navigate. Our company also customized the first screen so clocking in and out is right there when we log in which makes it even more convenient.
Cons
I haven't really run into anything I dislike about the software. It has gone down a few times but that happens very rarely.

Keeping my weekly paychecks and stubs in one place is really convenient and I also appreciate that it's paperless and more eco-friendly.
Cons
The frustrating part is that only a manager can reset the password and it seems like that can only be done once. I had mine reset after changing my email and now I'm unsure how to get back into my account.

Pros
Having payroll, time tracking, offer letters and several other small business essentials all in one place is the biggest advantage here. It pulls together a wide range of HR functions into a single system which makes it feel like a solid stand in for a larger HR team without actually needing to hire one.
Cons
A lot of the interfaces feel outdated and pretty outdated like they belong to the previous decade. The time tracking piece especially reminds me of an old SAP database and just doesn't have the user friendliness you get with something like Toggl. Also there are way too many different URLs to keep track of.

Pros
Getting the software up and running was incredibly easy. One of the best parts is being able to guide a new employee through their profile setup just one time and be done with it. There's no need to keep repeating instructions or walking people through the same steps again and again. Managers adjusted to it very quickly and even brand-new managers pick it up fast. The amount of time we've saved on training by itself makes the software worth it. I'd absolutely recommend it!
Cons
The move over to this software went off without any issues at all so I honestly don't have any complaints. It has saved us a lot of time that can now go toward other responsibilities.

“Easy to use”
Pros
As an employee, using the software felt very easy! Not long after Covid, they introduced an app that let you clock in and out which was a nice change because I no longer had to use the fingerprint time clock. The app itself was also put together in a very user friendly way, with each feature placed in its own section so getting around it was simple and direct. Everything was laid out clearly and I honestly never felt confused or lost while using it.
Cons
An issue I can think of although it may have been more of a user mistake than a system problem, was that management sometimes could not see the same information I was seeing related to PTO or time balances. For instance on payday I might see four additional vacation hours added but my supervisor would not be able to view that update until the next week.

Having daily time tracking built in has made a real difference for our team. It converts hours into payroll accurately so employees get paid correctly without extra manual work. The system is simple to navigate and click through and overall it has saved us about 1 to 3 hours each week on timekeeping.
Cons
One thing I'd still want improved is the mobile app especially for teams working from home and not connected to the company network.

Pros
It likely cuts down the amount of time payroll staff need to spend on their work and lowers the level of database or spreadsheet knowledge required on their side.
Cons
Any time saved by the payroll team with this system seems to get pushed onto employees who have to spend extra time completing forms. The forms are not built in a way that helps users avoid re-entering similar hour information. It feels very unfriendly to use, requiring much more time, patience and clicking around for employees to reach past records, timesheets, pay stubs and similar information. Once an employee is terminated, access to all of that is gone.

Pros
Clocking in and out each day feels much more easy with this system. The layout is simple to navigate, it's fast to get to what you need and it's just as convenient to go back and pull up older information when necessary. I also appreciate the daily PTO balance updates which make it much easier to stay on top of available time off, plus the shortcuts to benefits details are handy for quick updates or checking deductions.
Cons
Submitting PTO requests has bee frustrating. If there's already an open request, I can't just edit it to make a change. I have to cancel the original request and submit a completely new one instead. It's not especially hard to do but it does take extra time when the change is only something minor.
