Right from the start, the program feels very simple to use. The interface is easy and pretty much explains itself so just about anyone can navigate it without trouble. That makes the whole experience very effective and efficient :))
Cons
I don't like the look of the interface. It doesn't feel very modern and visually it comes across as a bit outdated.

It's really simple to use, works quickly and does a nice job helping with the daily tasks and information we need to look up or get assistance with.
Cons
I didn't have any real complaints about it. It could be a little slow at times but it still got the job done.

“convenient payroll access”
Pros
What I appreciate most is that it saves my login reliably without any issues. I can also sign in from home whenever I need to check anything related to my pay.
Cons
Part I like least is that sometimes when it auto-saves, it does not open all the way. It tends to buffer quite a bit and every now and then it returns an error.

Pros
From payroll to time tracking, this product covers just about everything and one of the biggest advantages is that employees benefit from it as much as employers do. With easy time management and quick access to payroll documents whenever they need them, employees can stay focused on their actual work instead of stressing about whether they'll get paid properly.
Cons
Only issue is that like most systems of this kind, there's a bit of a learning curve and some training is needed at the beginning. Once you get comfortable navigating it though it feels very manageable and makes you wonder why you didn't make the switch sooner.

Our team really appreciates how easy this platform is. Most people can be trained on it very quickly and usually don't need much (if any) extra guidance afterward.
Cons

Something I appreciate most about this software is that it keeps my resume saved on the site so I don't have to keep entering the same information over and over again.
Cons
Some of the job postings seem like scams and it doesn't feel like they're being monitored very closely.

Pros
From an employee standpoint, the timekeeping tools were easy to use and submitting time off requests was simple as well. The benefits modules were fairly average overall.
Cons
The platform lacked user friendliness in a lot of areas. Reports weren't concise and were hard to access, customer support and follow-up were disappointing and using it off site was challenging.

Pros
Submitting worked hours, checking time-off balances and viewing pay stubs is very easy. Before my company started using the software for payroll, we relied on paper timesheets and had to reach out to the accounting team whenever we had a question. Now everything I need is available in one place whenever I want to look it up.
Cons
A frustrating part as an employee is that if I enter something incorrectly or save my time and later realize it needs to be updated, the system treats it like an error and won't allow me to fix it myself. I have to ask an administrator to make the change.

Pros
Having all the important employee information right at my fingertips is a huge plus. Everything is kept in one place and is simple to access so there's no need to deal with paper files scattered everywhere.
Cons
The learning curve can feel a little overwhelming and frustrating at first especially when you're not sure where to find something. But once you get familiar with the program, it really becomes an invaluable tool.

Pros
Feels very user friendly and I appreciate that the same information can be viewed and accessed in multiple ways. On the administrative side making updates, managing settings and setting up access for other administrators is easy rather than inconvenient. Our employees have also been able to get into the system and use it without much trouble which has been a big plus.
Cons
A feature I'd really like to have is the ability to track employee incidents or accidents and link them directly to each employee's profile. It would also be beneficial to have more of a CRM-style interface where conversations with employees could be logged and notes could be recorded in one place.

Requesting time off and getting manager approval feels really smooth with this software and the interface looks polished and user friendly too.
Cons
The Okta integration wasn't the strongest part although we've moved away from that setup and things have gotten better since then.

Pros
Having all the company documents in one place is really helpful since I can pull them up whenever I need to reference something. It also keeps up with vacation and sick time very well and submitting requests or making updates is pretty easy. On top of that the included LifeMart discounts and rewards are a nice extra benefit.
Cons
Something that gets frustrating is the automatic break deduction whenever you work more than 7.5 hours. There are times when I do not actually take a break so then I have to go back and get my time card corrected.

Pros
I've been using this product for well over 10 years to check my paystubs and manage my 401k and it has been a very positive experience. It's easy to use and I also appreciate that it does a good job of keeping my personal information private.
Cons
There are still a few bugs in the app. It never seems to remember my password even when I save it and Face ID doesn't work either which gets pretty annoying.

Reporting is very user friendly and the software does a nice job of anticipating what I'll need by offering standard reports before I even realize I'm looking for them.
Cons
One annoyance is that the software sales reps still keep calling me. Setup with my payroll specialist was also delayed and there was some confusion because not everyone seemed to understand their responsibilities.

Getting started with this software was pretty easy and it didn't take much training to get it up and running. The time card feature was the part I liked most.
Cons
A problem was the layout which felt a little confusing at times. The design didn't seem fully linear so it wasn't always clear how users were supposed to move through it.

Using the timecard reporting has been very easy and pulling reports for staff is quick and simple. The benefits portal has also been really useful especially for handling remote enrollments. On top of that there are plenty of customization options available for employee portals.
Cons
From time to time there have been glitches when saving notes or time punches. The clock-in portal can also be slow to load on occasion.

The software has been a really solid payroll app for paying employees. It also has a mobile app that any iOS or Android user can download and it's simple to navigate and use. Another helpful feature is being able to download your tax W-2 forms before they even arrive in the mail.
Cons
The only downside was having to change your password in the app from time to time.
