“clear layout”

Pros

Very easy to use! The information I need is laid out in a way that's quick to access and simple to understand and the PTO calendar works really well.

Cons

Every now and then, my paystub doesn't display properly in Safari on Mac OS although logging out and signing back in usually fixes it. The PTO balance display can also be a little misleading because it shows remaining unscheduled PTO rather than total available PTO. If you've already planned time off for later, it gets deducted from the "current" balance so it would be better if the system clearly separated available time from already scheduled time off.

Pros

Everything I need to check (pay, vacation time and other important details) is all there in one place. It makes keeping up with my information really simple and finding what I'm looking for doesn't take much effort.

Cons

There are moments when getting into it from my computer isn't very quick and it can feel like there are too many different login areas to go through.

“easy to keep track”

Pros

Keeping up with payroll and anything tied to salary is really easy with this. Payment history is organized nicely and all the details are stored clearly in one place.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints. I haven't used the mobile app so I can't comment on that but one thing I'd suggest is a quicker way to clock in and clock out, maybe through text or something similar.

Pros

Pretty easy to keep up with daily work because of this tool! It lets users log the essentials like punch-ins and punch-outs, vacation time and schedules all in one place which makes daily tracking really convenient.

Cons

A few features do take some getting used to before you know exactly where they are. The platform is user friendly overall but certain sub-menus can still be tricky to locate without a bit of guidance.

“payroll tools I really enjoyed”

Pros

Entering my time and submitting time-off requests was very easy and one of the features I enjoyed most was the built-in payroll calculator. It was also simple to pull up paystubs and print them quickly whenever I needed to.

Cons

Every now and then, logging in was frustrating because even with the correct password, it still wouldn't let me access my account. Aside from that, there were a few small bugs here and there.

“A must have!”

Pros

Keeping track of my team's hours is much simpler with this system. My direct reports can enter their timecards without much trouble and I'm able to quickly check attendance, monitor hours worked and manage overtime when needed. The app's layout isn't the most accessible at first--things like locating worked hours or figuring out how to submit time off can take some getting used to--but once you learn where everything is, it becomes fairly easy. I also really appreciate the personal payroll and benefits view especially how it breaks down deductions visually and uses color coding to clearly show credits and debits in each paycheck.

Cons

Time reporting interface feels outdated and harder to use than it should be. Another issue is that time off can only be submitted in advance, at least by the prior business day. That works fine for planned PTO but it creates a real problem for sick leave since people usually do not know they need the day off until that same day. To deal with this, we've had to use a workaround where employees request the following day off instead when they're out sick but that process is confusing and honestly not a good solution.

Pros

The real-time hours tally is really helpful and being able to compare the current period with the last one makes it much easier to keep track of everything.

Cons

I can't fix missed punches myself and the system also doesn't do anything to prevent double punches.

“Well designed”

Pros

Everything about it feels very user friendly. If something gets entered incorrectly, I can go back and fix it without any hassle and the software also catches invalid entries on its own which makes the whole process even more reliable.

Cons

I have not come across anything I dislike about this software. It feels well designed and well put together overall.

Pros

Logging in and clocking hours is easy and the system is fairly simple to navigate when you need to find something. It's also widely used which makes it familiar and convenient.

Cons

A frustrating part is the timeout feature especially during a half-hour lunch break. It would be much better if the platform kept you logged in for a longer period.

Pros

Product and service management through the app saves a lot of time and makes the whole process more efficient. It's much quicker and far less of a headache than carrying paper and a pen around all day at work. The mobile app also helps a lot and keeps things moving better even when issues come up which is usually just related to the internet connection.

Cons

The app does occasionally freeze so having to restart it is worth mentioning but it's not a major issue.

Pros

Handling payroll for my branch with the software has been soo simple!! Checking employee punches, reviewing time-off requests and keeping up with the rest of the basics is all very easy.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. The system is simple to use overall. If anything, it would be even better if there were a way to adjust multiple punches at once.

Everything works the way it's supposed to. The platform is simple to navigate and feels very accessible so you can get a handle on the features just by opening the dashboard and looking around.

Cons

Tax management could still use some improvement. There have been times when it didn't calculate taxes correctly during annual tax filing.

Seeing my paychecks and how much I earned is really helpful and that part is fairly clear to read. Once I finally get to the right section, the tasks I need to complete there are simple enough. The real challenge is getting around the system in the first place.

Cons

At times, it's hard to figure out where to go for things like requesting time off, checking my balances, updating my profile and similar tasks.

Pros

Having scheduling, timecards and benefits in one the software portal makes daily tasks much more convenient especially when paired with My Life Advisors. When scheduling is handled in the software, employees can swap shifts with each other directly which takes a lot of pressure off both staff and management.

Cons

There are occasional outages which is somewhat expected for a company supporting so many businesses but they usually resolve things quickly on their side and the fix is typically simple on ours.

Pros

It gets the job done, even though nothing about it really stands out to me. My company keeps moving us from one software platform to another and this is just the latest one.

Cons

Only issue is having to learn another new system when the previous one was already working fine for me. Other than that, I really don't have any issues with it.

Something I really appreciate is that every employee can sign in, verify that their time and pay rates are accurate and take responsibility for what they submit.

Cons

There honestly wasn't much to dislike about this software. It has the usual minor glitches now and then but overall it's been a really valuable addition to the payroll process.

What really stands out to me is how accessible all the reports are! I was also genuinely impressed by how the software put together the documents they anticipated business owners would need for the PPP loan. That turned out to be extremely helpful.

I honestly do not have any real complaints to mention other than the cost of the subscription.

Compared with other payroll platforms I've worked with, the software is one of the simplest to use. The layout is easy, it's easy to get around and my team has been very satisfied with it.

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about the software. We've been using it for more than two years and everyone is still happy with how easy it is to use.

At work, we rely on the software to keep track of our pay and leave requests. It stores all employee details in one place which makes it much simpler to monitor payments, time off and tax calculations.

Cons

Getting around the dashboard can be frustrating because it's not very accessible. You often have to return to the main menu just to access a different feature and there are times when the system loads quite slowly.

Pros

The platform feels very user friendly, with features that are simple to navigate and work well for end users. It also makes the recruiting process more easy, offers excellent outsourcing support and has a really polished overall look.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that customer service can be a bit slow at times and I'd also like to see a few more features added. Other than that, I don't really have any major complaints.
