“best option!”
Pros
Really feels like a longtime leader in accounting, payroll management and record keeping. It covers the entire employee compensation lifecycle in one system. The onboarding process is easy, payroll item tracking is flexible and the time and attendance tools along with payroll tax payment features are a big part of why it stands out in the market.
Cons
There are a lot of customization options and that can sometimes create duplicate work.

“helpful reporting, frequent lag”
Pros
The layout is easy to move around and it works really well for reporting. Having the key tools all in one place is a big plus too especially clocking in and out, the time card and pay statements all on the same page.
Cons
My only complaint is that it tends to lag pretty often or throws an "error" message so I end up having to refresh the page several times before it finally loads properly.

“handy pay statements”
Pros
Being able to sign into the software from my computer and pull up all of my pay statements was something I really appreciated. My company also uses it for tracking time off and PTO and it was very helpful to check my balance whenever I wanted. Another feature I really liked was the ability to see how much PTO I would have available on a future date.
Cons
Using the mobile version on a phone can be frustrating. There is an app but the desktop version still feels much easier to navigate. It also took employees some time to get comfortable with the system and learn how to use all of the features.

“powerful tool”
Pros
One of the best things about the software is how much flexibility it gives when creating reports especially with the large number of filters available and the ability to pull data from far back in the past.
Cons
There have been times when I wasn't able to log in even though my username and password were entered correctly.

“quick access”
Pros
Having quick access to pay statements, W-2 forms, benefits enrollment, plus the ability to update bank account details and tax withholding all in one place is really convenient.
Cons
An issue is that the system takes longer to load than a lot of other websites or cloud based tools. The navigation can also be a bit confusing especially with labels like Personal Accrued Time versus Time Off Balance since the software's definitions between them aren't very clear.

“clean layout for timesheets”
Pros
The interface feels organized, with features laid out in a way that doesn't require a lot of extra clicking. It's visually appealing too, without looking cluttered or overwhelming. I mostly used the software for approving timesheets and that part worked well for what I needed.
Cons
The only part I didn't care for was having to remove extra lines while reviewing someone's timesheet. That usually came up around holiday periods and it made the process a bit more inconvenient than it should have been.

“reliable platform”
Pros
Having payroll, reporting and several other HR functions together in one platform has been really useful. The software does a solid job of keeping multiple tasks in one place and the reporting tools are especially helpful. Whenever I've needed assistance, the customer service team has been extremely supportive and willing to spend the time needed to sort things out. They also do an excellent job following up when an issue needs extra attention.
Cons
Some upgrades don't perform as well as expected. There are also times when I have to log out while entering payroll just to make updates which interrupts the workflow. Reaching customer support can involve long hold times on occasion although the callback option is very helpful since it lets you avoid sitting on hold.

“So valuable”
Pros
One portal where everyone can check their pay, handle perks and benefits and take care of their own information is a big plus! It also makes onboarding new hires simple and once everything is set up, they can manage their direct deposit themselves which is really convenient.
Cons
The interface isn't my favorite. Compared with other demos I've seen, it feels less accessible but the pricing is strong enough that it's pretty easy to look past that.

“Simplifies things”
Pros
The software makes it simple to check copies of pay stubs, view the hours worked, monitor remaining personal time and review salary history, along with other employment-related details. There's also a mobile app available which is really convenient to use.
Cons
Our company has been using the software for years and I honestly haven't run into any problems or unfavorable issues with it.

“convenient to handle tasks”
Pros
Handling everyday tasks is very convenient, whether it's clocking in, checking pay stubs, reviewing 401k details, looking at medical benefits or going through tax information.
Cons
There really isn't anything about this software that bothers me. The menu options can feel a little confusing at times but it usually doesn't take long to figure them out.

“very easy to use”
Pros
Right from the start, the software has been a pleasure to use. The software is very user friendly and I haven't run into any issues at all. It's simple to train new users on and it's also accessible enough that most people can figure it out on their own without much help.
Cons
Honestly I don't really have any complaints about the software. It's very easy to use and there isn't anything I would want changed. If I had to suggest one addition, it would be some kind of Apple Watch feature.

“employee friendly HR tools”
Pros
From the employee side, the platform is very user friendly and covers everything you need from an HRIS system. It feels pretty easy to navigate so employees can usually find what they need without much trouble.
Cons
An issue is that it's very case-sensitive and we've run into quite a few flaws and glitches. It also took customer service a long time to get those issues sorted out.

“helpful payroll info at a glance”
Pros
Having used the software at several different jobs, it has consistently been very user friendly. As an employee, I can access a lot of useful information in one place. It lets us track paystubs, submit and review time-off requests, check balances and look over the pay calendar whenever needed.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints. It has been very useful and helpful overall.

“reliable support”
Pros
Using the software for payroll and the employee time clock was very easy. Getting everything set up took hardly any effort and the platform was simple to navigate from the start. Their customer service was also really helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
The only downside was that customer service hours could have been extended longer to better support my business needs at any time of day.

“frustrating reports and shallow tools”
Pros
It does what it claims to do. You can run payroll, track employee changes, handle hiring, terminations and onboarding and it includes the full set of core HRIS and ATS functions.
Cons
Reporting is extremely difficult to work with. There are lots of small rules that end up causing inaccurate reports. The onboarding and performance management features are also very weak and feel far too limited, with almost no depth at all.

“Has a clear setup”
Pros
Everything in the product felt easy to use and it was simple to locate what I needed. From a user standpoint, the setup seemed pretty painless especially since HR provided the steps I needed to follow.
Cons
My only real issue was with the time management section. I had to jump between different tabs depending on the task I wanted to complete. Once I had gone through it a few times though, it became manageable.

“Good experience”
Pros
After more than 10 years of processing payroll and the last 5 years using the software, this has been a very positive experience from the beginning. The implementation team got things started well and the support team has continued to be dependable. Their account managers stay on top of every change especially during uncertain times which has been very helpful. They also keep improving the system regularly to deliver better service and a stronger user experience for their clients.
Cons
A challenge I ran into was creating reports on demand since building custom or specialized reports can be a bit difficult.

Pros
