“reliable HR and payroll platform”
Pros
The software still sets the standard for HR and payroll management. The online platform is easy and user friendly and employees can quickly enter and manage their own information, pay stubs and related details without much trouble.
Cons
The onboarding side feels a little outdated at times. I've also run into a few user-side errors that ended up requiring a call to the company to get everything sorted out.

“no trouble at all!”
Pros
It's really convenient being able to view all my time off and pay stubs in one place without any hassle.
Cons
There are too many dropdown options for things I never use and it would make more sense if those were moved to the bottom.

“clear payroll tools and self-service”
Pros
Using this product feels very easy. The layout is clear and direct, without the confusing wording that comes with some payroll software. I really appreciate being able to update things on my tax forms right in the system instead of having to go through the finance department. The company messages on the home screen are also a nice touch.
Cons
My only complaint is that logging in can take a really long time fairly often. Other than that, I don't have any real negatives to mention.

“well organized”
Pros
Working with the software every day to manage payroll for thousands of employees has been a really good experience. It's easy to see why it's so widely used because the platform is very user friendly and the interface feels clean, logical and well organized. I had never touched it before a little over a year ago but it didn't take long to get comfortable with it since the learning curve was pretty small.
Cons
One area that could be better is customer service since it isn't always the quickest. We're currently waiting to roll out new direct deposit functionality and the turnaround time from our rep has been less than ideal.

“clean interface and smart carryover”
Pros
The interface looks really good and is simple to follow. Everything is clear and easy to read and when I enter information in one field, it automatically carries over to another which saves time and keeps me from having to update the same thing in multiple places.
Cons
The reporting area would be better with a report writer that lets you build reports completely from scratch. I also wasn't a fan of the fact that once a data set is added and payroll has started, those data sets can't be edited.

“Excellent product!”
Pros
Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense so the design and navigation panel are simple to follow. It brings key employee tasks like payroll, vacation tracking and other HR needs into one place which makes it really convenient to manage.
Cons
Password recovery is a real hassle if you ever get locked out and getting it reset can turn into a frustrating process. I've also noticed that it doesn't always behave the same across browsers especially in Edge.

“love it!”
Pros
Checking my work hour history was easy and I really appreciated the pie charts showing how many hours I worked the previous day or week. It was also nice that the system estimates your earnings for the day after you clock out of a shift. The software stands out for its simplicity and user friendly layout. On top of that, customer service has been very helpful whenever I've needed to call with a problem which is a big advantage.
Cons
At times, the software can be pretty glitchy and won't load the clock in/clock out option. For employees like me, that turns into a hassle because managers end up seeing our hours as inaccurate. It's not something that happens constantly but when it does, it's definitely frustrating. Hopefully a few updates to the software can fix that issue.

Using the software felt very easy. Clocking in was quick and checking my PTO balance or submitting time-off requests was just as simple.
Cons
There wasn't really anything about the software that stood out to me as a downside.

“has a lot of features”
Pros
Having timesheets, benefits details, PTO access and general company information all in one app was really convenient.
Cons
Not being able to correct mistakes on my timecard myself is something I don't like. Anyone who has to use the software for timesheets should have that option available.

“Works well for time and pay tracking”
Pros
A feature I appreciated most in the software was its time and pay tracking. Both as an employee and as a manager, it made it much easier to keep up with employee pay, benefits and overall records in one place.
Cons
The part that caused the most frustration with the software was the login and password process. Passwords had to be changed often, came with a lot of restrictions and ended up creating frequent issues for my employees. I understand the need for strong security but it would have been better to have a system that didn't leave a quarter of our workforce locked out at one time or another.

“flexible tools”
Pros
Since I wasn't assigned to just one office, this worked really well for me. I could clock in and out from wherever I was and keep track of my time without any hassle. The graphs were also really useful and made everything easier to follow.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. It worked well for me every single time and all of the features I had access to did exactly what I needed them to do.

“benefits renewal made simple”
Pros
Every year, the Open Enrollment feature makes benefits renewal much more manageable for our team and really cuts down the administrative hassle. It also connects well with our other benefit vendors which helps organize the data feed process and keeps everything moving efficiently.
Cons
Customer support has gotten better now that we have a dedicated representative which has made a noticeable difference. That said, the client service hotline can still be a bit inconsistent and you may get different answers depending on who you speak with.

“user friendly layout”
Pros
Keeping track of my work hours with this has been really simple and the layout is very user friendly. I can also jump over to my time-off details, goals and pay information all in one place which makes it really convenient.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is the speed. I wish it responded a bit more like Apple products, where tasks take fewer clicks--sometimes it feels like I need three clicks instead of just one to get something done.

“keep up with everything”
Pros
Having everything in one place is really helpful. The software lets us keep up with several payroll-related tasks including pay stubs, time off, new hire details, applications and even 401k information.
Cons
Problem is that the interface can vary from one company to another so onboarding new employees doesn't always feel consistent or smooth.

“simple to figure out”
Pros
Keeping up with pay statements and putting in time-off requests is easy which makes the software feel very user friendly to use.
Cons
Accessing some the software features on tablets or mobile phones can be frustrating. Since a lot of our team works out in the field without a desktop or laptop, we sometimes run into slow loading scripts or parts of the system that just do not display at all.

“Perfect option”
Pros
Our company runs payroll through the software and it has been very easy to use. We submit timesheets every day and handle all of our time-off requests in the system as well and I really haven't run into any problems with it.
Cons
There's not much I dislike about it. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that messages and documents that need signatures can feel a little confusing to navigate in the app.

“good customer support”
Pros
Using the software for the past two years has been a really positive experience. I get paid through it by my company and everything has worked very well. It's simple to review my pay history and during tax season I can quickly download my W-2 form right from the platform. The health benefits they offer are also very competitive and the customer service has been helpful.
Cons
At times, important notifications are sent only to my the software account and not to my linked work email. Because I was checking only my company email, I ended up missing a few important messages.

“handy dashboard”
Pros
Logging in, clocking in or out and checking my weekly hours is all really easy. I also appreciate that my company can add personalized information to the dashboard which makes it more useful to have everything I need in one place.
Cons
Not being able to correct my own mistakes when I miss a punch or accidentally clock in twice really bothers me. That said it could just be a setting my company chose rather than an issue with the platform itself.

“versatile reporting”
Pros
Something that really works well in the software is the variety in its reporting features. There are plenty of options available which makes it useful across different needs and gives you access to a lot of functionality. The timekeeping and time-off sections are also very accessible so handling those tasks is easy.
Cons
It would be even better to have a dedicated point of contact for a business account. That said, the Bridge has been a helpful resource and email questions and troubleshooting requests usually get prompt follow-up.
