“better access”
Pros
Switching to the software gave us much better access to payroll and benefits features, plus it opened up employee self-service for a lot of tasks and made onboarding new hires much more manageable. The Time and Attendance piece also helped us get rid of the old manual timesheets our office staff used to rely on. There are a ton of capabilities built in so it can feel a little intimidating at first.
Cons
A challenge is that there are so many options and reports available that it can be overwhelming trying to figure out the best place to pull information from. Because of that, I end up calling the help line fairly often but they've always been very helpful when I do.

“Effective system”
Pros
Employees get clear, useful information in one place which makes it simple to check hours worked, pay, benefits and company updates. I also appreciate being able to post memos and require staff to read them before getting into the rest of the app. Overall, it's a effective system that makes running payroll fast and easy.
Cons
On the employee side, the app still feels a bit limited. There's no way to export paystubs from the app at all so that has to be done through the desktop site. It's also frustrating that employees can see their basic pay details, check totals and pay period but not their hourly rate. Sure, you can work it out yourself but it would make much more sense if the app showed the same details available on desktop. It also doesn't support exporting any of that information, not even as a downloadable PDF. Because of that, the app feels close to useless for employees and I usually only open it to check my year-to-date totals when I'm filling out a loan application or trying to estimate my annual income.

“makes everything more connected”
Pros
Checking my pay rates and payroll details through this tool has been one of the parts I appreciate most. It also gives employers and employees a secure company portal to communicate through which makes everything feel more connected and protected.
Cons
I really didn't run into any issues with this software. I just took some time to learn how to use it properly so I could understand the navigation better.

“I'm impressed!”
Pros
Using it has been very easy. I can quickly look up my pay details, see all of my tax deductions and also check my earnings statistics by month or year without any trouble.
Cons
When logging into the site, the earnings dashboard with figures shows up by default right away. That is not ideal when signing in in a public place. There is an option to hide it but it really should be hidden by default.

“So grateful for this solution!”
Pros
Honestly, I'm really grateful this is available because it lets me clock my hours and make sure I get paid. It's very simple to use which makes the whole process convenient.
Cons
I don't like being logged out after being idle for more than 15 minutes. Then I have to sign back into my account again which gets annoying.

“handles things well!”
Pros
Most of my time in the software is spent checking pay stubs, looking over benefits and accessing tax details and it handles all of that really well.
Cons
The only thing that has stood out as a downside is the number of emails they send. Since I rarely use my benefits because I'm generally pretty healthy, those messages don't feel very useful to me though I can see how someone who uses their benefits more often might appreciate them.

“love the features”
Pros
The interface is user friendly and makes tasks like submitting timesheets or updating insurance benefits after a life event much simpler. We used to rely on several separate systems that didn't connect with each other so this feels much more convenient. Now I can just log in to the software and handle all of those tasks in one spot. The message notifications are also one of the features I appreciate most.
Cons
The performance evaluation process still feels like it could be improved. I understand that reviews can naturally take time but it's important to capture a complete picture of the employee and the type of work they do. The software should find a way to make that part of the system more engaging.

“Web convenience”
Pros
It being web based makes payroll really convenient because I can check my pay anytime and clearly see how much is being deducted from it. It's also useful that pay statements can be downloaded and grouped together when needed.
Cons
One frustrating limitation is that pay statement downloads are capped at 10 at a time. If I want to save all of them, I have to do it in multiple batches and it would be much better if there were a download-all option.

“constant password reset hassle”
Pros
Having my pay stub, deductions and tax details all together in one place is definitely convenient. I just wish my paycheck had a few more zeros on it but obviously that's not the software's fault.
Cons
The frustrating part is constantly being asked to change my password. It honestly feels like I have to reset it every week. I understand the account holds sensitive information but it still becomes a real hassle.

“Perfect HR fit”
Pros
After getting familiar with the layout, this product becomes very simple to use and move around in. I rely on it for all of my payroll and HR tasks in the hotel industry and I've used it in the restaurant business as well. I definitely plan to keep using it.
Cons
Whenever a problem comes up, reaching someone or getting a reply to an email has been difficult. The response time could be much faster since issues usually need to be resolved as quickly as possible.

“smooth rollout for our team”
Pros
Switching our company over to the software went really well. The setup and transition process felt very easy and nearly all of our employees use the system as part of their daily routine on site. We've had very few complaints from staff which says a lot and I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about the software. It has performed the way our company needed it to and has worked reliably for us.

“helpful team updates”
Pros
One thing the software does really well is give everyone at the company access to the HR documents and forms they need, both before they start and while they're employed. That covers tax paperwork, nondisclosure agreements, dress code policies and plenty more. All of that is very useful but the feature I enjoy most is the ability to update each user's profile every day with what they're working on and even how they're feeling. It's the kind of detail you don't usually think about at first yet it really helps me stay connected with coworkers and know how to approach conversations depending on their mood that day.
Cons
The software has been an excellent fit for us though I can see the pricing structure being a little harder for smaller businesses to manage. The starting cost is somewhat higher than platforms that bill strictly per user.

“payroll details at your fingertips”
Pros
Using the software has been really convenient as an employee. I can quickly pull up all the payroll information I need, including pay stubs from the last three years, tax documents, accrued time off and other useful details all in one place.
Cons
only downside is that the password expires pretty frequently and the multi-factor authentication adds another step although that seems to be standard with most systems now.

“Decent tool”
Pros
The platform dashboard brings just about everything together in one place which I really appreciate. I can get to my benefits, payroll, time card, to-do items, time off and pay without having to jump around. The pay section is especially useful because it shows how long I've been with the company, my pay statements, direct deposit details, taxes and deductions. It's easy to use, works across multiple devices and since the software is so widely used, it feels familiar and reliable.
Cons
I've noticed with the newer the platform dashboard that I can't access older payroll statements from previous years at companies that also used the software. It seems like each employer now has its own separate the platform dashboard, while before I could view paychecks from different companies all in one place.

“A must have!”
Pros
Using the software has been very easy. Approving payroll for my staff is quick to do and the system handles our office needs in an effective and efficient way.
Cons
Every now and then I have to recover my password. The reset process itself is simple but it does get a little inconvenient that I can't reuse any of my old passwords.

“useful for handling tasks”
Pros
This solution has been really useful for handling payroll and HR tasks. One feature I especially appreciate is the pie chart that breaks down how much of my pay goes to taxes, how much is allocated to other benefits and how much ends up as take-home pay.
Cons
Need a way to download all paystubs at once which it doesn't let me do right now. Whenever I've needed them, the system has only let me download each paystub individually which takes extra time.

“paycheck visibility”
Pros
Keeping tabs on my paycheck is much better with the software. A few features have been especially useful: 1. I can check my monthly pay statements on both mobile and web and everything is clearly broken down into gross salary, medical, bonuses, taxes and deductions. 2. I'm able to access my W-2 online which means I don't have to depend as much on a hard copy when it's time to file taxes. 3. Direct deposit accounts can be set up and updated right in the system so bank account changes can happen in real time. 4. It also helps cut down on paper. Since e-statements are available most of the time, it's nice to skip printed statements and go paperless.
Cons
I really haven't run into any downsides with it. Overall, it has been a very solid tool.

“open enrollment setup is excellent”
Pros
Setting up new plans for open enrollment in this program was very easy and the file feeds are tested months ahead of time before they go live.
Cons
Something that could be clearer is not being able to delete old plans. I understand the reason that change isn't allowed but it would still help if that part were more clear.

“simple access on any device”
Pros
Getting around the software feels easy and the system is pretty self-guided. It's simple to navigate, whether I'm using the mobile app on my phone or logging in from my desktop.
Cons
There really isn't anything major for me to complain about but at the same time, nothing about it feels especially standout. It works fine as is though it could definitely be improved and made a bit more appealing.

Pros
I can check payroll, pull reports, get text alerts about employees and also look up my own personal details and available job openings all in one place.
