Pros
I really like the mobile app since it lets me check my timecards without much hassle. It's also reassuring that the records and documents stored in the system are accurate and reliable.
Cons
Using the interface can be frustrating because it feels outdated and takes a while to load. On top of that, the mobile app occasionally freezes or fails to load pages completely.

Pros
Scheduling time off and clocking in and out is really simple. It's consistently reliable and I've never run into any issues using it.
Cons
Finding pay stubs takes a bit of navigating so it feels like a small workaround but it's not a major problem. That's honestly my only complaint since everything else works just fine.

“fantastic software!”
Pros
Being able to check my PTO balance anytime is really helpful and putting in a time-off request is very easy. Updating my tax withholdings is also simple and convenient.
Cons
Since I approve PTO requests for my organization, one issue I've noticed is that after I send a comment on a request, I can't go back and view what I wrote. It would be much better to have a record of those comments available in case any disagreement ever comes up.

Pros
Entering hours worked is easy and it does a good job of tracking vacation, sick time and holiday hours used. It also keeps manager approvals locked in and documented which is really helpful.
Cons
Checking vacation accruals is less accessible than it should be. I had to refer back to my own records and recalculate everything just to confirm the accrual was accurate. The system also doesn't clearly show how many vacation hours are earned during each pay period.

“editing punches is easy”
Pros
Updating missed or incorrect punches is very easy. Most of the features and options are pretty self-explanatory and editing employee information is simple as well.
Cons
This may just be something my company didn't choose to include but attendance and punctuality would be much easier to manage if employee schedules were entered into the software. That would let me quickly track absences, shift swaps, tardiness and early departures without having to do it the old-fashioned way by checking with supervisors and comparing the software against paper schedules. I also think finding a specific report can be difficult. For example, I was recently trying to locate a report with all of my employees' birth dates and wasn't able to find one.

Pros
Compared with other products I've looked at, the interface here feels much less outdated and a lot more user friendly. The drop-down menus make it obvious where I am and what I'm working on which helps a lot. I also appreciate that the system is customized around what users actually need. Another standout feature is the product suggestions tool since it gives customers a way to let the provider know what they want.
Cons
A limitation for us is that some fields still can't be customized the way we'd like. For instance, there are email templates we want to rewrite in our own wording but that isn't possible right now. The software does provide canned templates that can work but we'd still prefer the option to personalize them more.

Pros
Using the software has been really good for managing time. Since it's fully cloud and web-based, everything is accessible without any hassle. Clocking in and out is quick, simple and easy. Managers can check our timecards without any trouble and employees can easily pull up pay stubs and other payroll details whenever needed.
Cons
Every now and then, the system has glitches where clock-ins or clock-outs don't register properly. When that happens, management ends up having to manually enter time for each employee for every day.

Having used the software for payroll at a previous job, I can honestly say it's one of the simplest payroll systems I've worked with.
Cons
There really isn't much I dislike about the software. If anything, it would be helpful to have more classes or training on the other things the software can do.

“useful pay info, frustrating mobile app”
Pros
Most of what I used this product for was clocking in and out and it handled those basic tasks fine. It was also helpful being able to pull up my pay stubs and other pay details whenever I needed them.
Cons
The mobile app was absolutely awful. I do not work for that company anymore so I no longer use the product but the app the software promoted would not even let you clock in. That had to be done through the website on a mobile device instead and if the site decided not to load that day, it could really slow you down and keep you from getting it done.

Getting into the software has been convenient for me, whether I'm on a computer or using the mobile app. One thing I really enjoyed about the software is being able to connect multiple workplaces to the same account which makes switching between the two very simple.
Cons
At times, the login process can be a little inconsistent especially when I need to make sure I'm entering the right workspace or signing in under the correct employer.

Having everything HR-related in one place is really convenient and the platform is fairly simple to use. Checking pay stubs or updating W-2 details and personal information is easy which makes it a handy tool to have.
Cons
Every now and then, it takes a while to load information or even log in and that gets frustrating when you're just trying to complete something quick. Aside from that, it's a solid app to use on both phone and computer.

Right from the start, the software has been very user friendly. Getting around the system is easy, clocking in and out is simple and checking vacation or sick time balances is quick and easy to locate.
Cons
Based on what I've needed to use it for, I really haven't run into anything I dislike. If I had to mention one small thing, the message notification icon could be a little larger so it's easier to notice.

Pros
Getting around this software feels very easy and it even comes with a mobile app which is a nice bonus. The program is simple enough that practically no training is needed to start using it.
Cons
I really have not run into any downsides myself. We have used the software for several years and the only complaint I have heard is that requesting vacation time through the mobile app can be a little tricky though I have not personally experienced that issue.

The software works well as a central place for all employee information. It's convenient being able to check hire dates, compensation, reporting structure and other details all in one system.
Cons
The reporting tools can be hard to work through and sometimes take a while to load. The reports themselves are helpful but you really need to know exactly what you want and where to find it.
