Pros
Everything is very simple to use and all my information is laid out in a really organized way. I can check past paystubs without any hassle and the software continues to be my favorite tool for tracking time.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. Everything works perfectly for me and I haven't run into any issues with this software.

Pros
Checking pay stubs in the software works fine and it handles that basic job the way it's supposed to. I don't personally use the time clock features but I've seen my part-time coworkers use the app to clock in and out and that part seems really helpful. If they forget to clock out, they can just open it on their phone and take care of it instead of having to go back to a computer.
Cons
To be fair, I'm not using this software every day since I'm a full-time employee and don't need to clock in and out. But on the occasions when I do need to log in and check my pay stubs, I keep running into the same problem with an outdated password, usually because I missed the update prompt or something along those lines. On top of that, the forgot password feature never seems to work so I end up having to contact the business office to reset it every single time. That's made me pretty hesitant to use it at all.

Pros
Having everything in one system is the biggest plus with the software. I can go to one place for all of my employee details, including pay information, benefits and even emergency contacts which makes it really convenient to use.
Cons
I haven't run into anything that feels hard to use and I don't feel like the platform is missing any features I need. It even includes a few tools we don't really use but they don't make the software feel overcrowded or confusing.

“Face ID helps”
Pros
One thing that really helps with this software is being able to use Face ID. Having to enter a password every single day just to clock in and out gets frustrating fast so that feature makes the process much more convenient. It also keeps important information easy to access, like tax details, sick time and pay stubs.
Cons
The part I don't care for is the password policy. You may have to change or update your password every month even if you already remember it which feels unnecessary and annoying.

Pros
Using the software has been very easy. The customer service team is helpful and not hard to get in touch with. I also really appreciate how simple it is to run reports especially during COVID-19 when we needed them for the PPP loan application.
Cons
I don't have much to complain about. The only issue I can mention is that customer service hold times can sometimes be a bit long.

Pros
Working with this tool has been a really good experience because the system is incredibly simple to navigate and feels very user friendly. The employee Self-Service portal has been especially helpful. It's also a big plus that there's an app available on both iOS and Android so staff can check and access their own information with just a click. I would definitely highly recommend this software.
Cons
Adding a company calendar that shows which employees are scheduled out on a given day would make things better. That said I understand every company handles scheduling differently and may already have its own process for sharing that information. Even with that in mind, the software is absolutely still worth it.

Pros
Whenever information needed to be changed, the software handled it quickly and the updates showed up just as fast. The system is very user friendly and the instructions for completing tasks are clear and easy.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I disliked about the software. It consistently worked well, updated quickly and was simple to use even without any training.

Pros
Keeping up with employee time, notes and scheduling is really convenient with this software. It lets me check hours quickly, add notes and manage schedules without much hassle.
Cons
It's frustrating how the notes are displayed. The newest note doesn't show up first so if an employee has a long note history, I end up doing a lot of scrolling to find the most recent one.

Pros
I like being able to view a current breakdown of my earnings and taxes for the year whenever I need it. It's also very helpful that I can select the type of hours I'm logging, whether it's regular time or time off for holidays, sick days and similar categories.
Cons
The only thing I'd like to see improved is the submission process for time entry. Since my schedule usually stays the same, it would be helpful if there were a simpler way to auto-fill recurring days.

Pros
Our hourly employees use the software to clock in every day and getting everything configured was easy. We were able to set up rules that matched our specific needs without much trouble.
Cons
It does offer a lot of reports but the hard part is combining the software data with information from another system. There isn't a simple way to export the data into Excel for merging so the whole process ends up being very manual.

Using the software has been really convenient because the program is very user friendly. Once you download the mobile app, you can get to pretty much any information you need right from your phone. Being able to clock in and out through the app was something I really appreciated. It was also nice to instantly download my pay stubs and have quick access to my W-2 when tax season came around.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any major complaints. The only minor inconvenience was having to update my password a little more often than I would have liked but at the same time, I understand that it's there to help protect my information in the long run.

Pros
One of the biggest benefits of this software is how accurately it tracks non-exempt employee hours while keeping vacation, sick time and other PTO organized in a consistent way. It also takes a lot off my plate by handling tax submissions which saves time and reduces administrative hassle.
Cons
The reporting features could be more accessible because they are not always easy to use. I often end up needing help from a customer support representative instead of being able to manage those tasks on my own.

Compared with other platforms I've used, the software is easily the better option. The layout makes it simple to drill down to very specific details and the navigation is clear enough that just about anyone can use it without much trouble.
Cons
Something that trips me up is how often I have to change my password. I understand it's for security and that a lot of software is heading in that direction but it can still be hard to keep track of and remember.

Across a lot of jobs and different industries, the software has been the platform I've used to view pay stubs, pull tax forms and information, keep up with hours worked and time off and track my pay overall. Everything sits in a user friendly, customizable dashboard that's really simple to move around in and honestly kind of awesome if you pay close attention to your finances. Having all of that information right at your fingertips makes a big difference and it's convenient how quickly everything can be accessed. The part I appreciate most is that even though I've been given new login credentials with each employer that uses the software, all of my previous accounts synced when I started a new job and my history basically followed me everywhere. I originally assumed every employer would leave me with a pile of usernames and passwords over the years from every job I've had. Turns out that wasn't the case at all. The platform is excellent, the app is even better and it stays with you no matter where you work.
Cons
Getting started can be a hassle sometimes. With my most recent employer that used the software, there was a disconnect between HR and the company which led to confusing and incorrect information about how we were supposed to sign up for the app and the program. We needed an invite code but it felt like nobody could get organized enough to actually provide it. As a result, it took weeks before the entire new hire group finally got the correct code and could access our pay stubs.

Pros
As a part-time employee, I use this tool every day and the biggest plus is how easy it is. Clocking in and out for my hourly shifts takes almost no effort and the mobile app makes that even more convenient. On top of that, I can browse and apply for jobs, check my time card, review my benefits and do plenty of other things all in one place.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints about the software. My experience using the software as an employee has been positive across the board.

Pros
From an employee's perspective, this is one of the most user friendly time and payroll systems I've worked with! My company relies on it for clocking in and out, checking tax details and accessing paystubs. There's also mobile app support which makes it really convenient to punch in or out from your phone, look over pay statements and update personal details like your contact information or home address. Another feature I appreciate is the homepage section where admins can share announcements. At our workplace, it's used for birthdays, internal job openings, benefits updates and general company news. It even includes a solid paycheck calculator which is one of my favorite extras because I can estimate what my pay will look like before the company officially posts the statement the day before payday.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints about it although I'm speaking strictly as an end user and not from an administrator's side. From what I use day to day, everything feels clear and easy.

Navigating the software was really easy and the interface felt simple to move around in. Getting employees trained on the software didn't take much effort either which was a big plus.
Cons

To be honest, after moving over from a different product, there really isn't anything about this one that I especially enjoy.
Cons
