At AMC Theatres, my coworkers and I use this as the central place for all of our employment details, from weekly schedules and pay history to availability and more. Everything is organized in a very consistent, clean way and the interface is easy to navigate. If something isn't shown directly on the main site, there are usually embedded links right on the front page to reach it. Because of that, it's really convenient to check my schedule, submit time-off requests, handle shift swaps and look back at past work weeks along with my overall employment history.
Cons
A few features feel more tucked away than they should be. Finding the employee phone directory for instance, takes more steps than I would expect. On top of that, the shift trade system is not always dependable and often ends up needing a manual override from management which takes away a lot of the point of having that feature in the first place.

I can sign in quickly and view my pay stubs, employment details and other important documents whenever I need them. The mobile app also doesn't take up much storage on my phone and runs reliably.
Cons
The part I like least is that the load times can be a bit slow.

Honestly, I absolutely love using the software. The customer service was really pleasant and it helped me stay on top of my work hours without any trouble.
Cons
You do need to make sure everything is set up and in place beforehand but that doesn't really take anything away from it at all.

Pros
Among the systems I've used as an employee, this one has been the most easy. Clocking in and out takes very little effort, submitting PTO requests feels accessible and having quick access to pay stubs, PTO balances, HR updates and similar information is a big plus.
Cons
If I could change one thing, I'd add a clock in/out widget to the home page so that punching in and out could be done even faster.

Something that's really helpful is being able to pull up my pay stubs and tax documents online instead of having to wait around for paper copies to arrive.
Cons
At times, the pay stubs and tax documents are a bit slow to load. If that part were sped up and made more efficient, it would be even better.

Having everything laid out on a user friendly dashboard is really helpful because all the information I need is in one place. Requesting time off is also very easy and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
The mobile app and desktop version have both crashed on me a few times and I've had to reach out to HR to correct my clock-in and clock-out times. I also don't understand why shifts get flagged for being just a minute short. It would make much more sense to allow some flexibility for that.

Being able to manage my coworkers and keep track of my goals in one place is a big plus. The software has made my daily HCM work much simpler and more manageable.
Cons
Since it's such a highly configurable system, it can take some time to learn at first. Once you get familiar with it though, it becomes a very powerful tool.

As a regular employee user of this tool at my company, the part I appreciate most is how much visibility it gives me into both my organization and my pay. On the organization side, it shows detailed information about the company hierarchy and makes it clear who is responsible for what. On the salary side, it breaks down exactly where my pay is going and explains everything clearly, with helpful graphs and pie charts that make the information much easier to understand.
Cons
An area I like the least is entering time for my shifts. I really wish there were some automated way to fill out my time card more quickly. Right now I have to enter everything manually each time and that can be pretty inconvenient and time consuming.

Payroll has never felt more easy to me than it does with this software which makes it clear why it's considered the industry standard. At a previous job, I handled payroll for my full team and could always update time entries, add sick hours and pull whatever payroll reports I needed for our scheduling matrix without any hassle. I've also used it from the employee side and that experience has been just as positive--the time clock interface is simple to navigate, it works well with physical time clocks and the mobile app makes it really convenient to monitor sick time, vacation balances and pay stubs. Honestly, I haven't come across anything better.
Cons
I wish it included employee app access even in the basic plans since that would add a lot of value. I've also run into situations where some of the businesses I worked for didn't receive the level of support they should have.

We started using the software many years ago and the end-user side has always felt well designed and comprehensive. It doesn't take long for new staff to get comfortable with it so the learning curve is very minimal.
Cons
Over the years, we kept running into connectivity problems during busy times especially around 8:00-8:30 AM and again near 5 PM. support pointed the finger at us but I later saw plenty of other customers in the user community reporting the exact same issue.

There's a broad set of features in the software that I really appreciate. I also value how simple they make it to share feedback about the software so it's easy to let them know where things are not working well or where you're having trouble.
Cons
The part that gives me the most trouble is the navigation. Getting around the site doesn't feel very accessible and I often have to click through a few different areas before I finally reach what I was looking for.

Being able to check my benefits, time stamps, pay and other details anytime during the day is really convenient. The icons also make navigation simple and help me sign in quickly once I'm logged in.
Cons

After using another payroll provider for two years, coming back to the software really reminded me how much better it is. I love the features, how simple everything feels and the overall interface. It may not be the lowest-cost option out there but in my opinion, it's the best.
Cons

One of the best parts is being able to check my pay stubs whenever I need to. We also use it to review Strada standards and get messages which has been really helpful. It's been a really good tool overall.
Cons
The only thing I'm not a fan of is having to update my password every so often. I wish I could just keep the same one although I do understand it's for security and privacy reasons.
