Day to day, the software handles our HR needs exactly the way we need it to especially on the payroll side where it fully delivers. Our managers are happy with what the system can do and feel satisfied with its overall capabilities.

Cons

The mobile app has been a frustrating part of the experience because it runs very slowly, even with a fast internet connection. It also keeps forgetting the password and Face ID settings and it crashes way too often.

Using the app every day while I'm off site has been really convenient for clocking in and out. The app feels accessible and easy to navigate. It also makes it simple to stay on top of time off, pay and other company benefits.

Cons

Overall, I'm happy with the app. My only complaint is that I wish the watch app were already available although it sounds like that should be coming soon.

Ever since this product was rolled out at our property after the buyout a little over two years ago, it has been one of the most helpful ways to stay on top of payroll. It makes checking your current pay and looking back at previous pay information very convenient and everything feels readily accessible.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say about this software. We came from signing in on paper so having something current and updated is already a big improvement for us.

Getting familiar with the navigation takes a little time at first but overall it's still good.

With teams spread across multiple locations, moving to the software has made submitting timecards much faster and more convenient for everyone. Since staff can log in from both mobile and desktop, they're able to enter time, check paystubs and request time off wherever they are which has been really helpful.

Cons

The back-end reporting can still feel a bit inconvenient although the field picker has improved that lately. A few employees also run into issues when trying to change cost numbers in the app.

Across our team, this app has been very user friendly. My employees all really enjoy using it. It makes entering time simple for them and they can also fix mistakes without much trouble.

Cons

Something that could be improved is the mobile site. It would help if it felt a bit more user friendly and looked more like the desktop website so employees don't get confused when switching between the two.

Getting around this software is pretty easy. The menus and options are clearly labeled which makes it simple to understand where everything is and move through the system without confusion.

The overall user experience still has room for improvement and the website could definitely be faster when it comes to loading times and general performance.

Getting in touch with a customer service representative can take a while and the whole process often feels longer and more time-consuming than it should before you're able to speak with someone.

Honestly, I don't have any complaints about this software. Companies that use it give employees a very clear way to understand their pay and benefits and the website is easy to navigate without feeling confusing.

One thing that really works well is how our associates can check their payroll information from anywhere and the access is immediate as soon as the "process" button is clicked.

Cons

The reporting side could use more generic report options for admins. On top of that some of the yearly information we need to provide to leadership or associates can be hard to track down at times.

Everything is organized really well so getting around the system feels very easy. I can quickly pull up both older and recent pay stubs without any hassle which has been especially convenient.

Don't have any complaints. I've been using this application for quite a while and have loved everything about it. I'd absolutely recommend any employer consider implementing this company.

Pros

HR software usually isn't the most exciting thing to use but the software has easily been the best platform I've worked with compared with the other HR systems I've used over the years. The layout is easy and I can get to what I need quickly without wasting time.

Cons

I don't really have any problems in mind regarding this software. I only log in when I need to and as long as it works properly at those times, that's exactly what I want.

Getting to pay stubs, yearly tax forms and time-off requests is pretty easy. It's simple enough to understand without much effort.

The overall user experience isn't the best. The interface also isn't very appealing but that doesn't matter much to me when I'm just checking pay stubs.

Having everything for HR and business in one place has been fantastic! Paystubs, HR tools and communication are all centralized which makes the platform really convenient to use.

It's one of the best systems I've used and honestly I don't have any complaints.

The app could use improvement in its graphic layout and needs more user friendly options. Updates also don't come through quickly enough.

Getting around the system is pretty easy and each feature is simple to understand. The reporting tools are really useful and the customer support we receive from the provider has been excellent.

I'd really like to see an option for administrators to log in as an employee and view exactly what they're seeing when they call with a question.

Checking my weekly paystub with this was part of my regular routine and the navigation felt mostly user friendly once I got used to it. There was a slight learning curve at first but it really wasn't difficult to understand. The way everything is laid out on the screen made a lot of sense especially the placement of the different elements and the graph charts that break down weekly earnings, total earnings and taxes. Those visuals were especially helpful and made the information very easy to follow. I only used the software for that specific purpose so if you were hoping for insight into other features, I unfortunately can't offer much beyond that.

The only downside for me was the small learning curve in the beginning. Getting comfortable with the interface and figuring out the navigation took a little effort at first especially when trying to fully understand the user experience for viewing my weekly earnings.

Using the software feels pretty easy overall. One feature I especially appreciate is the detailed charts and graphs that show pay information clearly.

The part I'm least satisfied with is the time-off request feature. The overall design, how the requests look and feel and the types of requests available to users could all be improved.

Getting familiar with the product didn't take long and once I knew my way around it, it was very simple to use. It keeps all of your time information updated in one place which means you don't have to write everything down yourself.

Cons

I think it needs an option to export all pay stubs directly into Microsoft Excel. That would make it much easier to keep everything organized in one place instead of having to download each pay stub one at a time.
