“Fits my company needs”
Pros
Across payroll, benefits, taxes and PTO, the software covers everything my company needs in one place. The interface is easy so I can quickly spot the different sections available to me and get to the information I need without wasting time. I'm able to look through all of my paystubs, check summary-level details and even estimate PTO accruals by entering future dates when I'm planning vacations. Another nice touch is that information from a previous employer can still appear in my current account when that company also used the software.
Cons
From my perspective as an employee, I really don't have any complaints about the user experience. It does what I need it to do and the system is simple to move around in. There could be administrative limitations behind the scenes especially since my company also started using BambooHR for PTO requests and balance tracking but I haven't personally run into any issues myself.

Pros
Using the software has been easy for me, whether I'm on the desktop version or the app. I've worked with both this software and QuickBooks and the software feels a little more user friendly and simpler to get around.
Cons
A setback is that when you reach out with a question, they can start following up pretty aggressively for business which gets frustrating fast.

Pros
Having it connected to my work portal has been really convenient and password syncing between my personal device and work device works smoothly. The visual layout is also a big plus and getting to tax documents is quick and easy.
Cons
A feature I really appreciated before was being able to access my pay history from a previous employer. I could still view it even after leaving the company but I recently noticed that option is gone. I'm not sure when it was removed though it was definitely useful to keep access to old pay stubs and tax documents.

Pros
Adding new employees is really convenient with this software and the whole system is very user friendly. One feature I really appreciate is being able to scan a person's driver's license and have their information fill in automatically which saves a lot of time.
Cons
The only thing missing for me is the ability to share a W-2 directly by email or something similar. There are times when I need to send my W-2 to companies I work with and right now I have to print it first and then scan it back over to the company requesting it.

Pros
Uploading hiring documents through the software has been really helpful and all of my team members enjoy how simple the app is to use.
Cons
At times, the app goes down and the website can be slow or stuck in constant updates.

Pros
Getting around the software is fairly easy and they keep making updates and improvements on a regular basis. It also comes with plenty of helpful tools, like time tracking, viewing pay stubs and running payroll.
Cons
Even with the ongoing functionality upgrades, the overall design still isn't very good and has looked mostly the same for quite a while. There's definitely room to improve it and make the system feel a lot more accessible to use.

Getting to employment details and even W-2 information is very convenient whenever I need to look something up.
Cons
At times, the system takes a while to load and I think it makes users reset their passwords too often. On top of that, the password requirements feel overly strict since it asks for an extremely long password.

Pros
At my workplace, we use this system for both part-time and full-time staff to clock in and out. The web portal is very easy to use and we also have a fingerprint scanner in the office that has worked well for me without any problems.
Cons
An issue does come up occasionally with the fingerprint scanner: there can be a 3 to 15 minute delay before the punch appears in the website portal. Because it doesn't show up right away online, I've accidentally clocked in or out more than once.

Pros
The visuals are solid and most of the features are pretty easy to use. It's nice having so many options bundled into one system, like timekeeping, PTO and everything else in one place.
Cons
A few parts are still confusing to work out. Requesting time off should be simpler and easier to find and the messaging system could definitely use some improvement.

Right away, the documentation stood out because it's thorough and very easy to find. All of my tax forms and pay stubs are stored there which makes things really convenient. I can also log in quickly whenever I need to check company holidays or submit a time-off request. I ran into an issue once and customer support took care of it fast, resolving everything within 24 hours.
Cons
Watch out for the time off request setup since the schedule automatically defaults to extra hours per day. If you don't catch it, you can end up losing at least an extra hour of paid time off for each day requested. Another frustrating part is not being able to choose your own username since the system assigns one with random letters. It would be much more practical to just let me use my email address as my username.

Pros
Updating personal details and emergency contacts is very easy and approving time is just as simple. I can also check all of my compensation details in one place, including current pay, merit and promotion increases, pay statements, annual statements, tax withholding information and PTO accrual which makes the system really useful day to day.
Cons
I've been using the software for years at work, both as an employee and a time approver and honestly I haven't run into any real issues with it.

“Makes planning easy”
Pros
Planning time off ahead of time is really convenient with this software. It shows how much vacation and sick time will be available when you schedule days off which is especially useful when arranging time off months in advance. Having that visibility into my accumulated sick and vacation balance makes planning much easier. Updating bank account information for direct deposit is also very simple. On top of that, it's convenient to check health insurance coverage and see exactly what you're enrolled in for the year.
Cons
At our organization, we complete performance reviews every year and that part of the platform can be a bit confusing to work through. Depending on the questions included in the review, you may end up needing help from a direct supervisor to finish it properly.

Cons

Cons
At times, it got glitchy and I wasn't able to log in when I needed something. Most of the time though, it would sort itself out after a few hours or by the next day.

Pros
Open Enrollment in the software works really well and is easy for both admins and employees to use. The daily reminder emails that go out during the Open Enrollment period are also a nice touch and help keep employees on track.
Cons
One downside is that module customization can take quite a while to put in place. Waiting for changes to move through multiple phases or departments before anything can actually be implemented feels very inefficient.

The software does a really good job of keeping everything in one place, from employee timesheets and PTO balances to time-off requests, 401(k) details, schedules and more. The software also has a strong reputation in payroll for delivering dependable products and this platform definitely lives up to that.
Cons
Biggest frustration has been trying to reach a dedicated account rep or get timely support when something urgent comes up and you need help fast.
