Pros
Having payroll, employee records, timeclock and timecard tracking all in one place has been really helpful. It also gives us several options for paying employees which adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
There were only a few minor hiccups during setup and every now and then an error message pops up that ends up requiring a call to support to get it fixed.

“feature-packed and dependable”
Pros
Between the desktop version and the mobile app, the software gives our company a ton of useful features. We depend on it for both major tasks and everyday things, from clocking in and out to checking pay stubs and tax forms. I've worked at quite a few different companies and this is by far the most user friendly system I've used. It even includes our org chart along with contact details for everyone in the company.
Cons
Something I'd really like improved is the speed of the mobile app when opening and processing. There are times when I'm heading out for lunch and need to clock out from my phone and it can take a while to load. That delay is frustrating so I'd love to see the app perform faster.

“outdated and frustrating interface”
Pros
It covers the basics well enough, like submitting requests for time off, vacation and sick days. You can also keep employee profiles, share tax forms with staff and pull some reports when needed.
Cons
Using both the web version and the mobile app is genuinely frustrating because neither one feels accessible or user friendly. The web interface especially looks like something from the 1990s and it's missing a lot of basic usability features that you'd normally expect from any modern website.

Pros
Between the desktop version and the mobile app, the software gives me plenty of useful information and a lot of features to work with. Everything is laid out clearly so getting around it feels easy and the options available are familiar and well established.
Cons
I honestly don't use it often enough to say there's much I dislike about it. The only part I'm unsure about is the training courses. I can't tell whether that comes from the provider or how my company has things set up but those courses could definitely use a few adjustments.

“payroll that exceeds expectations!”
Pros
After our company split from the parent organization about two years ago, our new team had to get up to speed quickly on using it for bi-weekly payroll in a pretty complex setup. Even with that learning curve, we've been extremely satisfied. The platform has met and in many cases exceeded, what we need across the board.
Cons
The biggest downside is definitely the cost. For roughly 125 employees spread across multiple states, we're paying around $800 a month on average so it's definitely an expensive option.

Pros
Having everything in one place is really useful. I can check my PTO, medical benefits and company policies whenever I need to. It also lets me request time off, clock in and look at my pay stubs without any hassle. If you download the app, you can even get alerts when your paycheck is ready which is a nice bonus.
Cons
My only complaint is with the way time-off requests work. When I need to request more than one day, I have to enter each day manually instead of being able to select a range of consecutive days.

The recent website update made a noticeable difference. From a user's point of view, it's quite simple to navigate and the way everything is organized makes the breakdown very clear.
Cons
It did take a little time to adjust to the new update and since they seem to be aiming for a more simplified experience, you sometimes have to dig around to find exactly what you need.

Pros
Software has been a very dependable self-service HR platform. It gives users convenient access to employment details, pay stubs, timecards, PTO, 401(k), health benefits, tax documents like W-2s and plenty more all in one place.
Cons
It's a very reliable and secure system overall. The only problem I've run into has been with load times since it can occasionally slow down during peak hours when a lot of people are using it at once.

“all my work details in one place”
Pros
This platform has been really useful because it lets me keep track of everything related to my job in one place. Since I work from home, being able to log in remotely is a big plus! I can look back at my paychecks from the time I started and everything is laid out in an organized way. I can also request time off, check my benefits, view my schedule and handle other work related tasks without any hassle!
Cons
One issue is that the system updates pretty often and sometimes that makes it difficult to log in because it will deny access. It also signs you out after about 15 to 20 minutes for security reasons which can be a little frustrating.

Being able to access it whenever I need has been a huge advantage. I can pull up my pay stubs anytime from anywhere and my W-2 is available right away as soon as it's submitted!
Cons
The updated layout hasn't worked as well for me. Before the display changed, it was much clearer to see whether I was clocked in or out but now I've been running into issues with my time.

“Perfect for time tracking”
Pros
Having the platform around really takes a lot off my plate. I can quickly look at my pay stubs, yearly gross income and benefits all in one place. The clock in and clock out feature is especially convenient because I don't have to enter my time manually anymore. From a manager's side, it works really well too since I can review everything and approve it fast. The app is easy to use and overall I really enjoy it. Would absolutely recommend it!
Cons
There are times when it slows down especially if several people are logging in or out at once and loading can take a while. Aside from that, I really haven't had any issues.

Running payroll with the platform has been consistently trouble free! The software is user friendly and easy to work with and the customer service team has been excellent! They genuinely understand our company and the issues we deal with :)
Cons
While customer service is great and so well informed, getting connected to them can take quite a while (even though they do offer a callback option) The downside is that sometimes by the time they call back, the task has already slipped our mind :(

Pros
Using the platform keeps all of my personnel records together in one spot which has been really convenient. It stores my tax information, payroll details and both employee and employer data in an organized way. It's also helpful to log in anytime to pull up documents or review employee handbooks without having to send a bunch of emails to my supervisor.
Cons
A downside is that the platform can be a bit slow to load when the internet connection isn't very fast. Entering hours on a time card can feel pretty inconvenient when the system is lagging because of slow internet.

Everything I need is right there on the platform, from timesheets and pay stubs to time off requests. It also lets me handle just about anything related to tracking my daily punches which makes it really convenient to stay on top of my own information.
Cons
Our company only recently moved over to this program after switching from QuickBooks Intuit so we're still getting used to how it works. At this stage, we're very much in the learning process with it.

Pros
There are tons of useful reports and features here and the system really covers just about everything! I can review history, import data from other systems and the built-in applicant tracking is a big plus. Having that included directly in the platform makes the hiring process much more convenient once you're ready to bring someone on.
Cons
Support is where this has been disappointing because you're mostly left to figure things out by yourself. The sales team presents it as a very hands on experience where they'll train you and help build everything with you but after that you get passed to an implementation team that doesn't follow through on what was originally promised.

At my previous job, this software covered just about everything I needed in one place. I could clock in and out, check my pay stubs, see how much time off I had accrued, submit vacation requests and review the benefits my company offered which I really appreciated.
Cons
The part I liked least was navigating the benefits section since it felt a bit tricky to find the company's benefit packages at the time. That may have been more related to how my employer had the software set up than the software itself.

Pros
Right away, the app feels polished and user friendly. I can quickly check my accrued PTO, available sick hours, medical and dental plan details, paycheck information and W-2 forms all in one place. It looks really nice and is simple to navigate. Whenever I've needed help finding something, their customer service team has been consistently helpful and walked me through where to go. I also sign in through the website and it works just as well as the app. The reminders for payment and upcoming benefits open enrollment are also very useful. I'll be starting to use the 401(k) feature in April and based on how well everything else works, I expect that to be just as solid. The platform clearly understands how to make the experience appealing for users.
Cons
I honestly haven't had any negative experiences with them. The only downside I'm aware of is that the platform can be expensive which is probably why some companies don't use it. Still, if you're willing to spend the money, it feels like a solution you'll be very happy with.
