“been a real blessing!”
Pros
Honestly, this has been a real blessing for handling anything related to payroll. It keeps track of all the important payroll details and the clock in/clock out tools, timecards and benefits features are all really useful. Overall, it's a fantastic app.
Cons
Occasional minor glitches occur when clocking out after long days but an administrator can manually correct them when needed.

“Access from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to sign in from anywhere is one of my favorite parts of the platform. I can clock in and out, check my timesheet, see my PTO balance and put in time-off requests without needing to be on-site.
Cons
Not much to complain about with this software. The one thing I'd really like is the ability to delete mistakes or adjust time entries myself when needed. Currently if something goes wrong like a double clock in or a missed punch, it has to be sent over to the admin to fix.

“better than paper timecards”
Pros
Compared with a manual time card process, this is definitely an improvement. Employees can sign in on their computer and simply click a button to clock in and clock out for work.
Cons
There are a lot of glitches and bugs in this software and many of them have gone unresolved for years. On top of that, the customer service is only mediocre.

“user friendly layout for beginners”
Pros
Didn't take much effort to figure out this platform: it's beginner friendly and the interface is organized in a simple way that makes it easy to navigate :)
Cons
The version of the platform we worked with felt pretty behind the times. A lot of the features seemed outdated and the system would freeze frequently.

“makes things convenient”
Pros
Handling multiple employees in the product is very easy. The mobile app also makes it really convenient to manage benefits and keep up with time cards.
Cons
At times, the system doesn't register loading or time punches right away. I usually have to refresh the page to make sure the timestamp was actually recorded.

“pros and cons”
Pros
As an employee, I use this platform for payroll, benefits and career searches and the biggest advantage is having all of that company-related information gathered in one place. Everything is accessible without much hassle and having a mobile app available is definitely a nice bonus.
Cons
A setback is that the mobile app doesn't offer the same functionality as the desktop version. Some information is limited or unavailable in the app so I still have to log in on a computer to access certain details especially when it comes to career search.

“helpful employee access features”
Pros
Certain parts are easy to use while others require calling support and having someone guide you through the situation. Employees being able to access their own personal information is a real plus.
Cons
Some functions are more complicated than they should be and needing to call someone for help can slow everything down especially when the person assisting doesn't know how to handle the issue.

“manages a lot”
Pros
Getting paid is the best part and this app makes that even better by sending notifications whenever my salary comes in. Beyond payroll, it also takes care of benefits and a lot of other HR-related tasks. It's basically a single place for everything an employee needs, including pay slips, tax statements, W-2 forms, absence management and more.
Cons
At times, the application feels a bit slow and the interface could be improved to look more organized. The mobile app includes useful features but it does freeze occasionally as well.

“online access to pay info”
Pros
It's really convenient that employees can sign in online and see everything in one place, including their pay stubs, vacation details, W-2s and other important information.
Cons
My only real complaint is how often the password has to be changed. I understand it's meant for security but it still feels more frequent than necessary.

“handy payroll and tax access”
Pros
Handling direct deposits and paystubs with this has been really convenient. Getting to tax documents is simple and when tax season rolls around, filing feels much more easy.
Cons
When we used it for time tracking, the punch records weren't always reliable. Some punches didn't go through and there were occasional errors that managers had to correct manually.

“helpful reporting, frustrating support”
Pros
Even with a middle-of-the-road rating, this software does help take some of the burden off day-to-day HR work. I don't handle payroll submission myself so I can't comment on that side but being able to pull up payroll details instantly is very useful and everything is laid out in an organized way. The reps also notify you when legislation changes and your company needs to respond which is valuable. The learning platform lets employees in certain states complete required training, such as sexual harassment prevention courses. Reporting is one of the stronger parts of the system since there are plenty of built-in reports and you can also create as many custom reports as needed. Updating employee information, whether personal or job-related, is fairly easy and not a hassle. Hiring someone new is quick and processing a termination is just as manageable. It's also nice that the handbook builder comes included at no extra cost and the 5-in-1 labor law posters are free for both federal and state requirements. We don't use it for PTO tracking or document management so I can't really speak to those areas.
Cons
That said, the platform still has some frustrating weak spots, even if parts of it have improved. The My Learning platform is honestly one of the worst pieces of the system from a user experience standpoint. We've run into far too many cases where employees complete courses and then their progress somehow disappears. Reaching support can be another headache and at times it has taken up to a month to get an issue resolved. The rehiring workflow was changed and now it feels unnecessarily confusing rather than helpful. Our reps and business partners are friendly enough but getting anything actually resolved usually takes several follow-ups. There has also been a lot of turnover, to the point where we had around four or five different reps in a single year. The custom report builder is another area that feels outdated and not user friendly at all. On top of that, our company has dealt with too many employee-facing problems, including W-2 and benefits issues and those are the kinds of mistakes people do not forget. Employees complain about the system constantly and while some people will always grumble no matter what, a lot of the complaints are justified. If I had to name the most frustrating feature in the platform, it would be the Compass/Task Manager on the home screen. Our own rep has admitted that it doesn't work properly and there is still no timeline from their IT team for a fix. Meanwhile, it keeps showing multiple urgent requests that are not actually real, from supposedly missing I-9 tasks to termination items with missing documentation.

“accessible pay records”
Pros
Right away, the platform felt accessible and simple to move through. The part I appreciated most was having an archive of all my pay stubs in one place, including records from both current and previous employers.
Cons
On the downside, it ended up being too expensive for my employer. They eventually switched to another service that provided more features at a lower cost.

“Easy to work with”
Pros
Everything being in one system has been really helpful. The software is easy to use and it keeps all time-off requests, sick days and salary payments organized in a single place.
Cons
There really aren't any major downsides that come to mind. The only issue I've noticed is that there can occasionally be bugs with how vacation day balances are calculated.

“works well”
Pros
So convenient to use! The site is easy and I can get to company announcements, the time clock, benefits details and my pay stubs without jumping between different systems.
Cons
The mobile app feels pretty limited. If I need to use the time clock, I still have to go through the full website. It would also be helpful if the site let me save at least my username when logging in but I haven't seen a way to do that.

“Amazing!”
Pros
Being able to view my pay up to a week in advance is something I really appreciate. It's also very helpful to see exactly how much was spent and where it was spent. On top of that, I can check my balance from anywhere which makes the app really convenient overall.
Cons

Being able to log in online and pull up my paystubs and W-2 forms as soon as they're available is a huge plus. It's much more convenient than having to wait for everything to arrive in the mail.

“trusted solution”
Pros
Working with the platform feels reassuring because it comes from a company a lot of people already trust which matters a lot when you're dealing with payroll and money-related services. It gives users a convenient way to check their time-off balances, submit requests and see exactly how much time they still have available. A lot of the features overlap with other related products so it did not feel especially groundbreaking but it still does the job well and is a solid product overall.
Cons
An issue that stands out with this program is the mobile functionality which can be a little buggy at times and sometimes logs users out of the app unexpectedly.
