Cons
It's not very practical or effective for companies with only a small number of employees. This platform is really intended for organizations with 50 employees or more.

“Reliable reporting and employee history”
Pros
Being able to search for employees and review the history of changes made to their profiles is extremely valuable. If you need detailed reporting and know how to configure the fields, the system can produce a wide range of reports to pull the information you need. On top of that, the report writing team is very supportive when it comes to helping set those reports up.
Cons
The termination wizard could definitely use some additional updates. It's not very clear why certain parts of a terminated employee's profile still have to be manually ended, such as direct deposit access or future-dated time off plans. Once the employee is being terminated, those extra steps don't really serve much purpose.

I can quickly pull up my W-2, pay stubs, profile details and other important information without wasting time clicking through endless drop-down menus trying to track things down.
Cons
Over the past year, the main or home page layout has been updated so many times that it can be annoying when I need to clock in or out and the button is suddenly not where it was the night before.

Cons

Pros
Though its easy to use the website, I'd definitely recommend downloading the app since it makes logging in and clocking in or out even more convenient. It's especially useful when you want to keep better track of your break times.
Cons
The password requirements felt a little excessive. That's part of why I prefer the mobile app since I can just use Touch ID instead. I also wish there were a way for employees to review and approve their hours before everything is finalized.

Pros
My pay stubs being available electronically is really convenient and all the tools I need are right there online just a click away. I can also update my direct deposit or change my mailing address without any hassle.
Cons
My biggest complaint is that the software can be a little buggy. It does crash at times and when I'm entering time, it sometimes freezes up and starts acting screwy.

Cons

Checking my pay stubs through this app is really convenient and getting my yearly tax information here makes the whole process much more manageable.
Cons
One frustrating part is having to deal with three separate logins for different tasks. There's one for card balance, another for pay and a different one for tax information. I really wish everything worked under a single username and password. The passwords also expire too often so I end up resetting them regularly and not being able to reuse previous passwords makes it even more annoying.

Pros
A couple of years back, my workplace moved over to the platform and it has been really convenient ever since. Having access to everything online or through the mobile app makes day-to-day tasks much less stressful. From home, you can check your schedule, view your pay, request time off, download and print forms and do a lot more without any hassle. It's very user friendly and just about anyone can figure it out.
Cons
The interface does feel a little cluttered and even though the system is fairly simple to use, there isn't a built-in guide to help you navigate it. Every now and then especially on mobile, time-off requests do not always submit properly. Overall, the platform could definitely benefit from an update to make the whole platform feel more organized and polished.

The provider has been around for a long time in workforce management and there's a reason so many organizations continue to rely on it. It still ranks among the strongest options in its category especially when it comes to handling complicated payroll needs. The system does a solid job managing a wide range of job types, along with State and Federal compliance requirements, union rules and other payroll complexities.
Cons
At the same time, the platform has been getting increasingly expensive and it feels like the company may be starting to lean too heavily on its past success. That kind of complacency can become a real problem when competitors are catching up with products that feel more modern, cleaner, simpler to use and just as capable.

Pros
Using the platform has been pretty easy overall. We rely on it for clocking in and out and managing timesheets and I'm also able to view my pay stubs, W-2s and available time off all in one place. I can submit time-off requests directly through the system to my supervisor which makes everything feel very connected and convenient. My favorite part is the TurboTax integration since my tax information transfers over automatically at the end of the year and makes filing taxes much simpler.
Cons
Handling multiple clock ins and clock outs in the same day is where the system gets pretty outdated. If you leave and come back later, it can get confusing quickly for anyone who isn't an administrator. Another frustrating issue is that if you haven't built up enough vacation time to cover a full day, the system won't let you request that full day off. Because of that, I end up needing to be marked absent even when it's a planned day off. We usually work around it by emailing the supervisor ahead of time to explain that it isn't in the platform because there isn't enough vacation time banked but that creates extra work for the supervisor because they have to go in and adjust it before the timesheet deadline. It's also difficult to correct inside the system since entering something like 6 hours of vacation and 2 hours absent often gets denied and then an administrator has to step in and fix it.

There's quite a bit of functionality built in and the platform also provides a wide range of business solutions you can connect and integrate with the platform.
Cons

Cons
The biggest downside is that it can run pretty slowly at times and I've also dealt with login problems before where I had to reset my password multiple times back to back.

Checking paycheck details in the platform is fast and it's convenient to have annual statements available whenever needed. It also shows useful account information like hire date, pay rate and available paid time off. Overall, the platform is fairly easy to navigate so finding the information you need usually doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Updating profile details in the platform is more frustrating than it should be. When I needed to change things like my address or phone number, I ended up having to contact an administrator to handle it for me. The system seemed like it would let me make the updates myself but it kept stalling on the verification step where it sends a confirmation email before saving any changes. I tried several times and never got the email from the platform, even though the correct address was already on file.

Security of this software stands out! I never really worry about my personal information being taken or misused when I'm using it. It also gives convenient access especially when applying for state and federal jobs that are listed. Overall, it gives me a strong sense of safety while using it.
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't feel as organized as I'd want it to be. There are times when I have to type in the same information more than once just to get everything submitted properly. Maybe that depends on the specific job application but it seems to happen with a lot of them.
