“paperless HR with uneven support”
Pros
We moved over to this HRIS from Ceridian because we were hoping for better transparency with our team, stronger personnel management tools for leadership and a more user friendly experience for employees overall. Another big factor in the decision was wanting to eliminate paper processes and the platform's fully paperless option was something we truly valued.
Cons
Even though the provider says customer service is one of their strengths, that hasn't been our experience more than once. To be fair, not everyone there has been unhelpful, some team members have gone far beyond what was expected and I really appreciated their support. At the same time, others have been challenging to deal with and have even seemed frustrated with me when I called in for help. Overall there is no consistency in customer support.

Pros
Using the platform's website has been a really positive experience. One of the best parts is all the discounts that come with being with the platform. I can also check my paychecks, taxes, FMLA paperwork and other important information all in one place right on the site.
Cons
The only thing I would change is having a bit more control over customizing the view when signing in. Aside from that, I really do not have any issues with the platform.

Pros
Being able to clock in and out right from the website is really helpful especially when working from home. It's also very convenient having time cards and pay stubs all together in one place instead of needing to look in different areas.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints. I prefer using this program over the ones I had at previous jobs when it comes to tracking time and checking pay.

Pros
Having everything combined in one place was really helpful. It made it convenient to view all of my pay information together, including commissions and bonus payments.
Cons
Getting in touch with customer service wasn't very impressive. Whenever there were outages or login problems, it usually took quite a bit of effort and time to get everything resolved.

Pros
Something that's useful about the platform is that it keeps your information on file even when you change jobs. If your new employer also uses the platform, getting set up is usually fairly simple.
Cons
At the same time, the platform seems to run into login problems pretty often and there are times when we can't access the system at all. The naming format and password requirements are also more frustrating than they need to be. Another part of my frustration is tied to the platform carrying your record with you throughout your career. For a period of time, it actually seemed like I had two separate accounts instead of just one.

Pros
Overall this platform is simple to work with and covers the key functions needed. It is designed for managers to handle employee management and take care of time in/out requests without much hassle.
Cons
As always, there is room to improve especially by making some features and functions more accessible to navigate. At times pages also take longer than expected to load.

One of the biggest benefits is that employees can log in and update their own information. They're also able to enroll in benefits, check their time off and use several other useful features on their own. That takes a lot of work off the administrative side and saves time overall.
Cons
There were a few follow-up issues at first but after being assigned a dedicated the company rep, those problems have mostly gone away.

Pros
Love the reporting feature and it lets you pull just about any information you might need! Figuring out the steps isn't always very accessible but their customer service team is usually very helpful and will walk you through it.
Cons
The extra charges add up quickly. If you want access to historical reports, that's an added cost per user. Need it to sync with other HR systems? That costs more too. On top of that making updates in the system is a hassle and very time-consuming. Even simple changes, like updating an employee's state or revising project codes, can take quite a while for the admin user.

I can check time, pay details, employee information and benefits all in the same system which makes it very convenient. The layout is well organized and simple to navigate.
Cons
What would make it better is the ability to enter time for multiple days at once instead of clicking into each day individually. Even with that limitation, the current setup still feels manageable and not overwhelming.

The platform really stepped things up. They were already known as the payroll company but the updates they've made are fantastic. Our portal looks amazing and feels customized to what our business actually needs. I can add favorite links right to my tab, open important websites, clock in and out, check my pay stubs and tax details and this year I even enrolled in insurance directly through the portal link. I also use the mobile app on my phone and it lets me clock in while also giving me access to all of my payroll information.
Cons
I'm only using it from the employee side and not for actually running payroll but honestly my only complaint is having to reset my password every 90 days.

Pros
At first, I wasn't sure about my company moving to this system but it ended up being a really positive change. It's very user friendly and everyone picked it up fast. Scheduling, along with clocking in and out, has become really simple and convenient.
Cons
There are still quite a few features we haven't started using yet and I'd like to learn more about them over time but honestly I haven't run into any real problems with it.

The platform does its job when it comes to payroll and gives me access to all of my payroll information electronically without any trouble. That's really the only part I use it for though and based on what I've seen, it's not something I'd personally pick if I were working in HR or Finance.
Cons
Using the interface feels outdated and the whole system comes across as outdated. It has that look and feel of software that already locked in a lot of large enterprise customers and no longer seems very motivated to improve or modernize.

Everything work-related is right there whenever I need it. I can request time off, check my PTO balance, review or update my benefits and change my direct deposit without having to reach out to HR. If I need a pay stub, I just log in and pull it up immediately. The whole system is very convenient and simple to navigate.
Cons
The downsides are pretty minor. It can be annoying when the system logs me out too quickly and I feel like I have to update my password more often than I'd like.

Handling payroll across multiple states at the same time was a big plus for me. The reporting was also very thorough, with a lot of detail that made it useful.
Cons

Has been so helpful to be able to check my pay stub and download it whenever I need it! I don't have to dig around looking for a paper copy anymore and that's a big plus for me.
Cons
It doesn't make much sense to me how hard it is to update personal details especially bank account and routing information. Instead of being able to change it directly, you have to call someone to handle it, even though it's your paycheck information.

I'm really glad my employer started using this product. The mobile app makes it simple to clock in while away from the office, request vacation time, submit sick days and handle the usual timekeeping tasks. We moved over from paper time cards and honestly, everyone in our office has been really happy with the change.

The platform stands out as a leader in the industry and the platform is fairly easy to use. It also helps that it's cloud-based so I can get into it from pretty much anywhere.
Cons
The biggest frustration for me is the platform's Bridge help site which isn't very accessible to navigate and customer support can be slow to be truly helpful. They usually do respond but a lot of the time they don't really address the actual question. Because of that, finding clear answers can be tough and you often end up having to work things out on your own.

Across several jobs over the years, I've worked with the platform and it has consistently been simple to navigate, with a user friendly app. It's versatile enough to handle a range of responsibilities and I use it for time cards, benefits, hiring, annual reviews and more. The platform has really organized these processes.
Cons
At times, the platform does lag while loading and some of the system settings limit my ability to view time-off requests for staff I oversee when I'm not listed as their direct supervisor.
