Pros
Being able to enter and review timecards day by day for every employee is really convenient. Adding new hires is also very user friendly and easy.
Cons
Customer service can take quite a while to respond to our office when issues come up with the platform.

Pros
Being able to log in from any device and check what I need is a big plus. It's generally very user friendly and once I know where something is, it's usually quick and simple to find what I'm looking for on the site.
Cons
Trying to locate something new is where it gets frustrating. It's not as easy as just searching for it and if you don't already know where to go, the site can feel like being dropped in the middle of a forest without a compass.

Pros
All of my HR information being in one system has been really helpful! I can pull up pay statements, work schedules and tax documents anytime I need them which has saved me a lot of hassle more than once. The way it works with physical time clocks is also a plus and having an online version that admins can restrict so it's only available onsite is an added benefit.
Cons
The biggest frustration has been the website especially on mobile, along with the mobile app. Neither has been consistently reliable and the navigation menus have been hit or miss across several devices I've used over the years.

Pros
Having everything work-related in one place is what I enjoy most about it. I can clock in and out, fix my time if I make a mistake, request time off, check my PTO balance, review my benefits, make benefit changes and even update my direct deposit. It really puts everything I need right at my fingertips which is incredibly convenient. If I ever need a pay stub, I can just log in and pull it up immediately instead of waiting on someone to send it to me or having to be back at work to access it. It's all available whenever I need it.
Cons
It lets me handle anything related to work, pay, taxes or benefits whenever I need to.

Pros
Logging time in the platform is very easy and simple. I mainly use it to update my timecard regularly and since the administrator has already handled the setup work, my part is quick. I just sign in, enter my hours, choose my job, put in my code for each day and save it for the pay period.
Cons
Keyboard navigation trips me up. I tend to be a heavy tab key user and prefer moving from field to field that way. In the platform the help icons are useful but they also mean I sometimes have to tab twice and even after using the system for a long time, I still forget that now and then. It can be a little frustrating.

Really helpful to have all of my pay statements, tax documents, time cards and similar records from both past and current employers stored in one spot! It makes checking everything much more convenient when I'm budgeting, filing taxes or choosing tax withholding options for a new job.
Cons
The security can feel a little excessive at times which gets frustrating even though I understand why that level of protection matters for this kind of information. The app itself is also pretty outdated so I hardly use it because of that. On top of that, being asked to update my password so often is a bit of a hassle.

I can quickly pull up my pay statements, tax details, PTO balances, request time off and review other important documents from our corporate office. It works on both my computer and the mobile app so getting to what I need is fast and convenient. I'm salaried and our hourly employees also use it to check their schedules which makes it useful across the board.
Cons
Navigating to certain features can be a little confusing. For example, requesting time off takes several steps--going to the Time Off section, opening the pop-out widget, selecting the correct pay period and then submitting the request. It feels like there should be a more direct and easy path for that.

There's an impressive range of options built into this software through its different modules. Beyond payroll, the platform also offers several other areas they can manage very effectively. The sales team for the platform was also excellent to work with and clearly very capable at what they do.
Cons
Getting through implementation was easily the toughest part for our organization. The product itself delivered on what was promised but launching it in a mid-sized business took a significant amount of work and without the right partners involved, the overall experience was not as positive as it should have been.

Being able to do more than just track time and attendance is a big plus. You can assign job codes and log an employee's exact time against the specific task they're working on which gives you real-time visibility into the value of the work being completed.
Cons
Lunch feature is the part I don't like. If someone doesn't take the full lunch period, the system automatically rounds it up so you end up having to clock in and out repeatedly to keep the record accurate and then mark it as no lunch.

Something that helps is being able to clock in and out without any hassle. I can also check and submit time-off requests directly in the platform and the option to favorite certain features saves time since I don't have to keep searching through the menus.
Cons
There are times when the site doesn't load correctly or it won't load at all. The platform also feels outdated overall and could really benefit from a more modern, organized redesign.

Using the app, I'm able to stay on top of every paycheck without any hassle. If I ever need a check stub, there's even an option to print it myself. It also lets me monitor the hours I've worked each day, along with my weekly and monthly totals. Another helpful feature is the calendar section, where my schedule is posted up to a week in advance or longer depending on when the manager uploads it. On top of that, I can access my W-2s at the end of the year and use them to file my taxes online. Overall, it's a really useful program with a lot of helpful features that many people probably don't realize are included.
Cons
The one issue I kept running into was logging into the app with the correct password, even though I could sign in on the website without any trouble.

Running payroll for my employees with this product is incredibly simple. It has honestly been a lifesaver for me. I really can't imagine handling payroll without it at this point. The way it takes care of the payroll process so quickly and efficiently is amazing. I would recommend this!

It works well as a central place for employee benefits information. Employees can log in to view their pay stubs and benefits details directly through the platform and it also gives them links out to other third-party benefits platforms when needed.
Cons
Portal interface feels dated and could really use an update. It still functions fine and the information is fairly simple to locate but the older design may feel unfamiliar or less appealing to younger employees who are used to more modern-looking systems.

Keeping track of pay is much better with the platform. It lets you check your paycheck details online, including how much you're getting paid and how much is being taken out for taxes and you can also update your direct deposit information right in your account. Basically, it gives you control over how you want to be paid while making it simple to review your paycheck information online. Going paperless is a nice bonus too and feels like a good way to save some trees.
Cons
Part I like least is the login process. You usually need your employer to send you the correct link before you can access your personal payroll and direct deposit information. If that link never comes, it can take a while to track down the right login page that's tied to your company.
