Pros
The platform is the main reason we still run payroll through the platform. It delivers a lot of value, helps us stay clear of legal trouble and saves our team a huge amount of time.
Cons
The interface isn't especially polished but it does what it needs to do. It's worth taking the time to really learn the system inside and out so you don't make mistakes.

“flexible time tracking”
Pros
Having everything in one system has been a big plus. The website is fully functional and also works well on mobile devices which makes it convenient for everyone. It cuts down on extra work across every department, from part-time employees to supervisors to the accounting team. Employees can clock in and out in real time, including lunch breaks, either through the platform's website or the virtual time clock set up at each location. Staff members also have access to their own accounts where they can view, submit and approve schedules, timecards, benefits information, time-off requests and pay rates. Managers can handle their own timekeeping while also overseeing the records of the employees they supervise. Another helpful feature is that timecards can be edited when needed.
Cons
App could definitely use more functionality since right now there are not many useful options beyond viewing timecards. As a nonprofit, we split employee pay across several different funding sources so we still need to maintain a separate grant allocation sheet along with the timesheet. The platform also displays worked time in hours and minutes, such as 5:33 while we track it as a whole decimal number, like 5.5 which creates extra conversion work. There is also no option for part-time staff to request unpaid time off, only sick leave which does not fit most situations. Paid breaks cannot be entered or displayed either so we still have to keep a separate paper log for that.

Pros
Running payroll with this system is really easy and I appreciate how customizable it is. Our the rep has also been fantastic and is always there to help anytime we run into a problem or have questions.
Cons
It can feel a bit overwhelming at first if you've never used it before, mainly because there are so many features packed into it.

“Go to app for HR tasks”
Pros
At my job, this has become the go-to app for pretty much everything HR-related. I use it to clock in and out and I can also complete all of the required training courses that are assigned to me through the app.
Cons
I don't really have any issues with the platform itself. The only hassle comes from California's strict requirements for hourly employees so I still have to deal with that but the app itself works well regardless.

It may take a bit of clicking through the menus but as an employee I can still get to everything I need. Pay stubs, retirement details and healthcare information are all there and accessible in one place.
Cons
Customer support could be much better and seems to be handled outside the US. The agents often give different answers and some of the technical features in the platform leave a lot to be desired.

Pros
Using it for time cards is pretty easy and checking timecard balances is just as simple.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the clock in and clock out buttons stay active all the time. That makes it way too easy to accidentally clock in twice or clock out twice in a row which is really inconvenient since only an administrator can fix it. It would be much better if the irrelevant button became inactive when it doesn't apply.

Pros
I really like how much it simplifies payroll, both for the company and for employees who need to log in and update their own information when necessary. It's easy to use, the setup process is simple and whenever help is needed, customer service has been extremely helpful.
Cons

Pros
Has made time card management really quick and easy! It's simple to use and handling time cards for multiple employees is especially convenient with this tool!
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. The program works well and I haven't come across anything I'd want changed. If I had to mention something, it can be a little slow at times but overall it's still a very solid product.

A singular source place employee financial management has been really great! The system is user friendly, packed with features and gives real-time access to pay details, sick and vacation balances, retirement information and tax documents.
Cons
Getting to the site can be a bit confusing since there are several different ways to access it and it's not always clear whether you've landed in the right spot. That part can be frustrating now and then.

Pros
the speed at which you can pull up all of your paystubs when your company uses it really stands out to me! It also lets you see a detailed breakdown of each paycheck by percentage, review your time for every pay period and clock in at work using geo-location which is really convenient.
Cons
Biggest downside is that if you move to a different company, you might not be able to log in right away. The system can keep recognizing your old login for a while which makes the transition frustrating.

Payroll, benefits and other company and HR details gathered in one solution makes this software really convenient for employees. The newer updates have also made it more user friendly than before. It's helpful knowing there's one central spot to go to for almost everything they need.
Cons
A limitation is that employees need to be set up with direct deposit or an paycard electronic deposit to access payroll and PTO details on the site. A few employees also struggle with navigating it although that seems to be more related to limited technical skills than the software itself.

Employees get quite a few helpful features to use, from updating their talent profile with things like certifications, licenses and languages to checking attendance through the timecard and submitting time-off requests.
Cons
The desktop version is slow to load no matter which browser is used. There's also still a banner saying Internet Explorer support should end in 2020 and that some features won't be available.

The platform offers a lot in terms of features, functionality and reporting tools. It feels like a effective platform with strong capabilities across the board.
Cons
Support has been inconsistent which has been frustrating at times. Hold times to reach someone can be long and each call usually connects you with a different representative. Some agents are very helpful but others don't seem knowledgeable enough about the system or HR practices. When an issue comes up, not getting the right expertise can be really frustrating.
