Pros

The standout feature in the platform is definitely the mobile app. It lets me check my paystub, PTO and other benefits from wherever I am which is incredibly convenient.

Cons

The only issue I've run into with the software is that I occasionally get locked out for no apparent reason.

mobile clock ins anywhere

Pros

Being able to clock in from my phone is fantastic. Our work computer is often dead or the internet goes down so having access to it from anywhere makes a huge difference.

Cons

It does crash fairly often at times which slows me down when I need to get something done quickly. More regular maintenance would really help.

simple rollout

Pros

Setting the platform up and getting it running at our facility was pretty easy and the implementation process went smoothly. It's simple enough that everyone can use it without much trouble.

Cons

The platform is user friendly but there are other platforms with more advanced features that might be a better match for our company's needs.

frustrating support

Pros

The platform does seem to cover the core functions you'd expect from an HRIS, including payroll, benefits administration, time and scheduling, PTO tracking, onboarding and similar tools. At the very least, it was able to run payroll for my employees on a basic level.

Cons

Unfortunately, the implementation process and the customer support staff were extremely ineffective when it came to resolving problems or addressing our concerns. In just three months of using the system, we dealt with payroll errors, incorrect tax withholding because the team didn't understand the tax requirements in our area and features we were promised during the sale that were unavailable for months. Even when some of those features finally became available, they involved extra fees and additional steps to use them which our sales team had never disclosed.

All in one

Pros

Having everything in one place makes this really convenient to use. The app is user friendly as well and works well for handling all the different needs I have.

Cons

At the beginning, it was a little confusing to understand how to use everything and I ran into a few bugs when I first started using it for my job.

So convenient

Pros

Getting into the system is fast and so hassle free which makes it really convenient to use.

Cons

Overall, I think the software would be better if the Touch ID interface was improved.

Allows visibility

Pros

One thing that's really useful about the platform is how much personal information it lets you see in one place. It gives a clear breakdown of my pay, lets me view the org chart and includes a lot of other helpful details too.

Cons

The part I enjoy the least is that the software can be a little glitchy at times. Every now and then, when I press the clock in button, it doesn't register which is pretty inconvenient.

Keeps everyone connected

Pros

Keeping everyone connected across the state has been much easier with this software. It works really well for HR and payroll and the customer service team is consistently helpful whenever we need support.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the training options they offer. It was difficult to find an instruction-based session that actually fit into my work schedule so having more time slots available would be really helpful.

I do recommend this

Pros

Everything about it feels very user friendly and having a mobile app included is a big plus. If a mistake happens, it's not a big deal since the Administrator can correct it quickly and without hassle. I'd definitely recommend it for both small businesses and larger companies.

Cons

At this point, I honestly haven't come across any flaws. It's been very dependable and the software feels solid with no issues for me to mention.

Complete inclusive!

Pros

Having everything in one place is what I appreciate most about it. It serves as a central hub for all the HR-related items we need so it really feels like a one-stop shop when I'm trying to find information or complete tasks.

Cons

Since it stores so much information, the setup and organization really need to be well maintained so things are easier to locate. There have been times when I've had to spend a while searching and figuring out where the specific item I needed was.

daily essential for time tracking

Pros

As both an employee and an admin, entering, editing and approving staff hours is very easy. The system is simple to navigate, supports a variety of functions and has become part of my daily workflow. I use the platform every day and I honestly couldn't get my work done without it.

Cons

Updates happen pretty often but they usually end up being helpful when it comes to managing the site.

accessible payroll on the go

Pros

Using the platform was a really positive experience from the start. The interface is accessible and the overall functionality works really well. It was actually the first app I ever used to clock in and out and check my pay right from my phone which felt incredibly convenient. Everything was simple to navigate, the design looked clean and appealing without feeling cluttered and it ended up being extremely useful for day-to-day work.

Cons

My only real complaint is that on a few rare occasions, the app would crash unexpectedly. There were times when I was in the middle of clocking out and since my workplace required me to be physically on site for that to work, the app would suddenly close. I then had to sign back in and go through the whole clock out process again. Thankfully, it didn't happen often. Aside from those occasional issues, it's honestly a very solid app for work.

payroll tracking made better

Pros

Keeping up with payroll has become much more manageable with this product and it's very simple to use. It also helps my employees stay on top of their pay without any hassle which makes things easier for everyone.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about this product. It has truly made my day-to-day work so much easier.

user friendly tools

Pros

One thing that works really well with this software is how user friendly it is. Employees can log in and update their own information without much trouble. Adding new hires into the system is easy and downloading documents with the proper titles is convenient too. If the original title is too generic, there's also the option to add a second title which helps keep things organized. Password resets for users are also simple to handle. On top of that, reporting is convenient whether you want to use the preset reports or build your own.

Cons

At times, after system updates some of my administrative access gets removed which can be frustrating. Also, when reaching out to support, the process can take longer than expected.

Accessible app

Pros

From an end user perspective, the app feels very accessible especially for tracking punches and submitting time-off requests.

Cons

Once you get into the administrative side though, it turns into a pretty big mess. There are too many redirects to supposedly helpful people who just pass us along to someone else so it ends up feeling like a lot of tail-chasing and open-ended responses from support. It's not our rep causing the issue but rather the rep's support staff.

powerful reporting

Pros

One thing that really stands out is the reporting in this software especially the field grabber that lets you build custom reports the way you need them. It's also helpful that employees can update their own information and the admin only needs to review and approve those changes. On top of that, the payroll team has said it's one of the strongest payroll systems available.

Cons

The updates can be a bit frustrating at times because they happen often and don't always improve the system. There are also some fields that won't sync over from other programs so they have to be entered manually which is so inconvenient.

perfect for hourly tracking

Pros

The platform has been fantastic for hourly staff since it captures clock in and clock out times right away. It also does a really nice job of keeping track of PTO. From a user standpoint, it feels very easy and simple to navigate.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints. I really enjoyed using it and only wish my current company were still using the platform.

handy time tracking features

Pros

Clocking in and out is very easy for hourly employees. The desktop version also makes it simple to monitor vacation, personal and sick time. On top of that, the app's fingerprint login is a really convenient touch.

Cons

The app crashes pretty often and it sometimes records a double clock in or clock out that has to be fixed later. Aside from that, it works really well.

effective features, costly setup

Pros

It comes across as a very effective platform with a wide range of options and functionality. During the sales demo, everything looked polished and very slick. With the package we purchased though, there was quite a bit of self-implementation involved.

Cons

price feels high especially since we still have to handle a lot of the implementation work ourselves. I'm also not particularly impressed with their support.

positives and negatives

Pros

Accessing the platform is convenient for both administrators and employees and for the most part the platform feels very user friendly.

Cons

The support from the platform has been the disappointing part. At the beginning it seems strong but once you're fully onboarded, the response time and overall level of support really fall off.
