The software is well-designed as it allows me to manage appointment logs and communicate with clients through email, text and voice calls. The social sharing feature and cloud integration are definite advantages!
Cons
I wish we could have tried it for more than a month for free. Even though we enjoyed the software but it is when we able to fully understood it how to use it.

I cannot find anything positive to say about this software. Unfortunately, after trying it for a week, we found it useless for us.
Cons
It was impossible to use. We spent a lot of time and effort during our trial week and got nowhere. We reached out to our rep but didn't hear back in time, so we moved on to another software.

As a recruiter, it's important to maintain communication with candidates to make them feel special. I love how Applicant Starter helps me keep my candidates organized. The notes section and reminders are my favorite features!
Cons
None. I have worked on this system for years and love that the development team quickly implements new updates and changes! Because it is custom, I can run the system exactly how I want it to work for me!

Easy to implement and use. The intelligent technology allows me to communicate promptly with candidates, and the customer service is fast and reliable. The software automates processes, freeing up time and energy for other areas. Constantly adding features, it gives management transparency with readily available data.
Cons
Small businesses may not want to spend money on an ATS like Applicant Starter and continue using their home-brewed methods to save money. Although it adds a cost, it pays for itself when you get the candidate you want.

I enjoy the ease of use and the convenience of having everything connected on one screen (applicants, calendar, emails, texts, etc.). Tracking my interview numbers is great for coaching which helps us to continue improving and growing.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike. There are features I think will be great when added and since ApplicantStarter is still evolving, I see that happening in the future.

It does exactly what I need quickly and easily. There are videos and a great support team to help with any settings changes or additions. Honestly, I would not go back to using anything else!
Cons
Making the fancy email templates is a bit difficult and everything goes over my head, but they have videos and people to help if needed!
