Pros

all of an employee's information and important documents are stored in one convenient, easy to access place which keeps everything organized and simple to find.

Cons

With multiple profiles we cannot see what the other profile is doing, so we end up using just one sign-in. Having two sections for hiring and onboarding does not make sense to me.

I like that it keeps the recruitment and hiring process for each applicant well-organized.

Cons

some candidates are having trouble logging in which is preventing them from being able to access their accounts and complete their applications.

Pros

It keeps all the essential details like name, address and contact info perfectly organized for us in one convenient place.

Cons

I would say it is not very user-friendly and there is no training available. Changing status and adding notes is difficult and not simple too.

No support and job posting did not work

Pros

The reps walked me through the system but unfortunately that was the extent of the support.

Cons

my main issue was that no one addressed my concern that my jobs didn't not appear to be live. I cancelled and requested a refund but I don't recall getting any follow-up. They seem very unresponsive and indifferent to customer concerns.

Pros

I like having the resume attached, along with any extra questions we need answered before considering an applicant.

Cons

Well I would like to have a way to send comments along with each referral as they move to the next step. It would also be helpful to have something like a timer or status update for the interviewing team to confirm they have reviewed the applicant as they progress through the steps.

Loves the easy uploads and smooth talking

Pros

I love being able to upload all the required documents for new hires and have them complete and sign everything electronically. even complex state licensing forms are simple to set up with all the necessary fields. Communication with candidates and new hires via email and text is seamless too and having automated workflows and standard messaging makes everything run much more smoothly.

Cons

The system is not as visually appealing as others and it feels a bit less user-friendly to me.
