affordable and it is easy to add people

Pros

Posting jobs is really simple and it's much more affordable than using a service like Indeed. I also love how easy it is to add new hiring managers to the system as it is super convenient.

Cons

It can sometimes be unclear whether the job posting actually launched.

I would like to see more integrations

Pros

The ability to upload my own forms and automatically fill in details like name and address is great. also the onboarding process is super smooth.

Cons

It is not a full HRm solution. and I wish it could integrate with platforms like Oracle Cloud, Peoplesoft, Workday, successFactors, aDP Workforce Now, Namely, etc.

Pros

I like the customization options and control over the workflow. The e-signature feature and integration with other systems are also really helpful.

Cons

Well I would have appreciated another setup/onboarding meeting when we got started but the system was not too complicated and we ultimately handled it ourselves.

easy to use but hard to get help

Pros

It is really easy to navigate and the help site is incredibly useful. also I love that things get updated on the web quickly so it always feels current.

Cons

One thing I hate is that it is difficult to get in touch with someone and when you finally do, they often need to investigate the issue, even if it's marked as urgent. We have had an ongoing issue for almost a week with no solution.

Pros

Tracking applicants and their status is simple. I also like that clients can give vendors access to review them.

Cons

Uploading resumes and candidates can be a bit awkward. also the contact info parsing feature does not work as well as we expected.

Pros

all applications and job postings are in tool which is a good thing. While we don't use the job postings much, we review the applicants thoroughly.

Cons

The web portal feels complicated and people can submit multiple applications. also there is no quick way to eliminate duplicates. I think there should be a better distinction between applications and job postings.

Pros

It meets all of our basic requirements for an applicant tracking system which is okay enough for us to do our jobs.

Cons

Limited integration with google Calendar has been a challenge. I have also had some ongoing issues with the training and support which made it harder to get the help we needed.

For sure, it was great to have a clear overview of all our jobs in one convenient place as it made managing everything so much easier for us.

Cons

I noticed that it is very slow and hard to navigate. There were so many things that needed admin setup and we could not generate accurate reports.
