The system is very user-friendly and most processes are user friendly and easy to navigate. Researching and emailing applicants from other job listings is highly efficient too. Creating email templates for application acknowledgments and other communications is also simple.
Cons
Phone numbers entered by applicants are not formatted with dashes which makes it more time-consuming to enter phone numbers correctly when following up.

“some steps were easy but had workflow integration issues”
Pros
moving applicants through the different stages of the application process was simple and easy as it did not take much of my time.
Cons
The system required you to mark someone as hired only after they completed the new hire portion but we used a completely different process for our new hire paperwork. This mismatch created a lot of confusion over time. I also wish there had been an option to text or email candidates directly from the system. Plus having all communication in one place would have made tracking much easier and kept everything organized.

I can get like 80% of our onboarding done with this thing. It saves us so much time.
Cons
The system doesn't catch duplicate people especially when they use a different email. Updating documents doesn't happen automatically so I have to do it myself. The worst part was when I submitted three support tickets for an issue. They all got marked as "closed," but no one ever actually fixed my problem.

This platform has made recruiting so much faster and easier! applicants can just upload their resume and it auto-fills everything and it's fantastic. They don't even need to create an account. We can make the application as simple or detailed as we want and the forms are really high quality. My supervisors find it easy to use and can add notes at every step. The training was great upfront and they offer refreshers whenever we need them. Customer service has been awesome, implementation was smooth and the fact that it integrates with onboarding just makes the whole thing even better.
Cons
I honestly can't think of a single bad thing to say about this platform. It's been easy for us in every way.
