It was surprisingly easy to learn and I love how convenient it makes everything. Tracking new hires from start to finish is so much simpler now.

Cons

You can't pick and choose which notifications you get. It's all or nothing and it's very annoying.

The interface is super ineractive! Data entry is also very easy and I can get information in quickly without any issue.

Generating reports and then trying to download them is very annoying and difficult. It shouldn't be this hard.

I can assign documents to candidates electronically which saves a ton of time. Also there's no limit on job postings and they go out to multiple platforms that's been a huge advantage for our recruiting.

It's really annoying that I have to move a candidate all the way to onboarding just to finish their paperwork. I wish we could complete documents right from the recruiting section.

UI is clean and flexible which makes it easy to keep track of applicants and their paperwork without any stress.

Figuring out how to run reports has been a real challenge for me. And when we need help, it feels nearly impossible to get someone on the phone to actually walk us through it.

I love that I can create one job posting and it automatically gets sent out to multiple job boards which saves me so much time. Having all the applications come back to one central spot makes reviewing candidates very easy. The candidate pages are great because all their info is right there when I need to contact them. Moving people through stages like phone screens and interviews is easy and rejecting candidates is simple too.

I am finally starting to get the hang of this platform after taking it over from the last person. There's for sure a learning curve but I'm finding cool new things it can do all the time especially with their updates. The tracking is great... when I remember to use it! The best part is how easy it is to get help and the support team is amazing and it's very easy to find answers on my own. I can tell this is going to make my life so much easier once I really learn all the advanced features.

The system itself is fine but our setup was a mess. Been going to the aMa sessions to fix it myself and finally getting things right.
