The customization options are fantastic! Plus, it's just really easy to find my way around and get things done.

Cons

Very limited and outdated system

Pros

It's okay that I can pull up full databases for both jobs and applicants and keep an eye on all the communication between our recruiters and candidates.

Cons

Feels pretty basic and outdated. No candidate portal, barely any automation and you can't customize much. It's just... limited.

great for multi-office teams

Pros

It totally changed how we handle hiring and onboarding across all our offices. It used to be all paperwork and headaches but now everything just flows. I love that it instantly notifies managers in different locations when someone applies. The follow up features are way better than anything else I've seen. Moving over was easy and both our sales rep and support team were very responsive. I'd 100% recommend this to any HR pro especially if you're trying to align things across multiple offices.

Cons

Getting our forms in was a huge project and super overwhelming at first. We did it ourselves so it took forever. It's smooth now that it's done but yeah that initial setup was rough. (They do offer help though if you don't wanna DIY).

It is all good.I love it all. There is nothing bad to say. The only thing I would say is how sometimes it doesn't port over from indeed.

email templates make work smooth

Pros

Once I got the email templates set up, everything became so smooth. I can reach out to candidates and send their info to managers without any issue. We're only using the Recruit part for now but I'm seriously impressed with how well it all works together.

Cons

It does everything we need: post jobs, review apps, schedule interviews, take notes. Can't really think of any big problems.

Cons

My only con is that it sometimes doesn't pull in jobs from Indeed right. Other than that, it's great.

ApplicantStack has made hiring much more seamless than before at my firm

Pros

Using this system has made the job posting process a breeze for me as both an HR professional and a hiring manager. I can effortlessly post multiple job listings across various platforms without needing HR assistance. Plus, I can see applicant profiles as they come in, which is invaluable!

Cons

Sometimes, I find the level of customization a bit overwhelming, but overall, it is a great feature. I just have not explored all the customization options yet.

Great product at a reasonable price

Pros

We use Applicant Stack in our consulting practice and highly recommend it to our clients. It is perfect for small to mid-sized businesses as an applicant tracking system and the price is reasonable. Implementation is straightforward, and the customer service is excellent.

Cons

One downside is that the interview note form does not save progress, so we often lose notes if there is a disruption.

Pros

With ApplicantStack, we are able to revolutionize our recruitment and onboarding processes by eliminating paperwork and streamlining everything. It allows us to assess candidates and move them through the process much faster. The automatic communication with candidates is a huge time-saver, and applicants and new hires have given positive feedback about the process.

Cons

I would prefer candidates moved to "Do Not Pursue" status to become inactive automatically. Also, a feature to purge jobs and associated candidates based on our retention schedule would be appreciated.
