A short response

Pros

The job postings are visible and easy to edit, as are candidate profiles. The automatic messages feature is also quite helpful.

Cons

I have noticed some inconsistencies in resumes, like salary not being displayed on postings. It would be helpful to categorize candidates/applications based on where they applied from, such as Indeed or the company website.

ApplicantStack User

Pros

I can proudly say that it is our go-to recruiting system. We utilize its onboarding feature for new hires to complete their documentation. It's highly customizable to fit our needs, such as the questions we ask on applications.

Cons

Quicker customer support with a phone number would be beneficial also the onboarding feature should allow applicants to edit submitted documents instead of requiring reassignment.

Applicant Stack Review- Polaris

Pros

What I like most about Applicant Stack are the questionnaires and email features for candidates. They enable quick responses and greatly aid in recruiting efforts.

Cons

I can not find any flaws in Applicant Stack, but I would like the ability to upload data or Excel charts into the Library field.

Limited job closing options and needs PDF application forms

Pros

The templates make posting jobs very easy and I love how simple it is to see exactly where every applicant is in the process.

Cons

I feel like the job closing process is pretty limited. I can only cancel a job or put it on hold but I wish there were more options. Also, I'd love it if applicants could just fill out PDFs and submit them right back to their file instead of how it works now.

excellent tool for organization, slow support

Pros

It is great for keeping all our applicant information in one place. It just makes managing candidates so much more organized.

Cons

Getting help is frustrating because I can't just pick up the phone and talk to a real person. When I have a problem, I'm stuck using other support methods that don't always fix things as fast as a quick conversation would.

3.0

quick communication, bad for multitasking

Pros

Being able to text candidates directly is my favorite feature! It helps me reach people fast and stay on top of my outreach. This one feature alone makes the whole system worth recommending to other recruiters.

Cons

Multitasking is pretty much impossible. If I have a few tabs open, the candidate profiles don't stay loaded properly. It makes me nervous because I'm always having to double-check that I'm editing the right person's profile.

smart sorting but email and pre-qualifying issues

Pros

you can sort applicants into different categories to stay organized. The pre-qualifying questions are a huge help too. And if I need to find a specific person, I can search by their phone and address which is fantastic.

Cons

The emails have a real problem with going straight to spam which messes up our communication. Also the pre-qualifying system doesn't automatically remove people who answer "no" to the key questions. We still get tons of applicants who aren't qualified and it makes sorting through everyone take so much longer.

User friendly but needs more automation

Pros

ATs is user friendly overall so new team members can usually figure it out and start using it right away.

Cons

Wish more of the features could work on their own without me having to do everything manually.
