“Quick team training with clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
Whenever we have new people join our recruiting team, training them takes no time at all. But what really stands out to me is how the pipeline page gives you a crystal-clear view of where every single job stands. Everything stays perfectly organized so you never lose track of your requisitions. And the texting feature? It's been absolutely game-changing for us. We've cut down our candidate contact time dramatically which has made a huge difference in our daily workflow.
Cons
The only downside I've found is that I can't block texts from candidates who are being difficult. That would be a really useful feature to have.

Pros
I like how this serves as both a hiring platform and an onboarding solution all in one. Being able to organize candidates based on my level of interest and where they stand in the recruitment process makes everything so much cleaner. And then after someone gets hired, the onboarding features let me gather all the necessary paperwork and details smoothly. Having everything available online for them to complete their documents is a huge time-saver for both my team and the new hires.
Cons
I don't really have any issues with it right now. Everything works smoothly and I've never had to contact support for help.

“good automated knockout screening but reduces Indeed applicant flow”
Pros
It's great that I can set up custom scoring questions with knockout options which is a lifesaver. Like when a position requires a driver's license I just create a question asking "Do you have a valid driver's license?" If someone answers no, the system automatically marks them as a "KO." This means I don't have to waste any time reviewing applications from people who already fail to meet our basic requirements. It's a real time-saver during the initial screening process, honestly.
Cons
The main drawback is how the jobs look on Indeed. When you post directly on Indeed, people see a normal "apply Now" button. But when you post through this platform, it says "apply on Company site." Even though our process is simple, we see a lot of candidates drop off partway through. We tested it for over a year and we always got more applicants by posting directly on Indeed. So you get cool features here but you might lose some candidates who just want the easy Indeed apply.

Pros
I can quickly rate candidates and it all feeds right into our company website. Super handy! I just wish it had a few more marketing features, like a way to collect applicants for future jobs we might have.
Cons
Reporting features need to be expanded to really help us out. I'd also love to see options to help us reach more diverse candidates. We seriously need an automatic filter to get rid of incomplete applications or people applying from way too far away, I've had people from India apply for a local job paying $13 an hour which just isn't realistic. It's also frustrating that I can't share resumes with my managers if they aren't users in the system.

Pros
It is so helpful to see what other recruiters on my team have been telling candidates. I always know exactly where we stand with each person. And if someone needs to take over for another recruiter, it's a smooth transition because the whole conversation history is right there.
Cons
When someone applies more than once, I have to search through all their different profiles to find my old notes. It would be so helpful if there was an alert that immediately showed me when an applicant has applied before and how far they got last time.

I can follow our new hires from their very first application all the way through onboarding. Having everything digital has seriously cut down on office training time, so new folks can get out on-site and start their hands-on training way faster.
Cons
I can't just call someone when there's a problem. I have to send a support ticket and then wait for them to reply.

Cons

Pros
Have been using this for about ten years now and I absolutely love it. The interface is so handy and easy to find your way around. Plus it's very affordable for a small business like ours.
Cons
Building logic into the application would be a total game-changer for us. We don't hire for one specific role so we need six different applications depending on someone's age and shift preference. They're all almost the same with just tiny differences. Right now, our link sends people to a survey that routes them but it would be so much easier if we could just have one smart application in applicantstack that changes based on your answers.

Pros
I love how the data just flows easily and we can guide people through our hiring pipeline. Once we qualify applicants, moving them to onboarding is very easy. The tracking and follow-up features are really amazing.
Cons
I'd really love a better search function. Being able to search for candidates across all stages and even by their phone number would make finding people so much easier.

Pros
The tracking system has totally changed how we handle hiring and onboarding. Being able to see previous applicants and keep all our hiring managers on the same page has saved so much time and confusion compared to our old way of doing things. We actually got rid of one position because the onboarding works so well and we moved that person into a role she likes much more. After years of using this, I always get the same customer service rep and they're incredibly fast. They either have the right answer or fix any issues on their end within a day (and honestly problems are pretty rare).
Cons
nothing comes to mind that I'd want to change about how it works.

Pros
I can build unlimited online applications and customize the questions for each specific job. It's really convenient to be able to save multiple questionnaires or just start fresh each time. My favorite part is posting to a bunch of job boards with just a few clicks and it saves me tons of time. The rating system also makes it way easier to spot the top candidates in a big pool of applicants.
Cons
I can not think of anything I dislike about the system or the company. Whenever I've had a problem their support team is always quick to help me out over email or phone.

this tool keeps everything organized by putting applicants and new hires in separate sections. It makes tracking everything so much easier when you can clearly see who's still applying and who's already been hired.
Cons
It would be awesome if it could automatically send email reminders to the next person in the hiring process. I still haven't figured out if that's a feature I'm missing.

The interface is simple and doesn't overwhelm you with a bunch of complicated stuff. I really love being able to check if someone has applied with us before and the message templates save me a ton of time on common responses. The new texting feature they added is pretty handy too.
Cons
The system doesn't do EEO tracking which is a real pain for staying compliant. Also, its compatibility with job boards isn't great, ZipRecruiter actually told us they won't integrate because the platform is too basic. We're stuck mostly using Indeed when we'd like to use more sites.

The notifications for new hire paperwork are a lifesaver and I don't have to keep checking back to see what's been finished. Electronic signatures are great too because everything stays legible and organized.
