“almost great, e-signature issue”
Pros
Recruiting and onboarding are together on a single platform. Being able to customize questionnaires and set up automated emails has made our hiring process so much smoother.
Cons
new hires could actually sign their paperwork with a real e-signature not just type their name. Right now I have to print everything out and get wet signatures during orientation which is annoying and takes way too much time.

Pros
The text messaging feature is fantastic! and the interview scheduling tool is a lifesaver and it saves us so much time back-and-forth.
Cons
There was a way to connect different scheduling systems together. That's a feature that's really missing for me right now.

Pros
Best part is how easy it is to use. Moving between recruiting new people and onboarding them is completely easy.
Cons
The ADP integration is disappointing. I still have to manually upload every single document which is the whole thing I was trying to avoid. It doesn't feel like a real integration to me.

Pros
I can just snap a photo of documents like IDs and also create our own custom forms with fillable fields, signatures and dates. We've tried other programs but none of them let us customize things this way.
Cons
Downloading signed docs is my biggest headache. One. By. One. Just let me download the whole packet at once! and the WOTC forms are broken and it asks everyone for a birthdate when it's only supposed to be for people under 40. Super annoying.
