“Organized hiring stages”
Pros
Having all those different stages to move applicants through is a lifesaver for staying organized.
Cons
Their email feature frustrates me because I can't preview the letters before I send them out.

“Repeat Customer”
Pros
Implementation is easy, the program is straightforward and the cost is reasonable.
Cons
I found it frustrating when posting a job on the site, only to be told by Indeed.com that more detail was required. Providing this information upfront could be beneficial.

“Meghans ApplicantStack Review”
Pros
I am impressed by how user-friendly ApplicantStack is compared to other software I have used in the past. Pulling employee information and communicating seamlessly is a breeze. Generating reports is equally effortless.
Cons
It might just be how my team has our system set up, but I dislike only being able to find candidates by first name.

“Thank you”
Pros
For the price, ApplicantStack offers decent reporting and ensures compliance.
Cons
Searching for candidates requires accurate full names, and mass disposition of candidates is not possible. It is a good tool for the price but lacks the quality of other ATS systems.

“Thank You ApplicantStack”
Pros
The ease of use is fantastic, and I appreciate being able to set up and clone templates effortlessly. It's great to keep candidates updated on their progress through automated emails during the application process.
Cons
It is frustrating that I have to repost a position entirely to refresh it on job boards. To move it closer to the top, I have to take down the current posting, repost it, and transfer any active applicants to the new posting.

“Great product”
Pros
It is incredibly accessible to potential employees, enabling us to process new applications swiftly.
Cons
Our main gripe is the restriction to only one administrator. Upper management wants visibility throughout all application stages, not just their designated phase.

“Good Value”
Pros
It is fantastic that I can upload a PDF and convert it into a fillable form during onboarding.
Cons
Although I appreciate being able to import a form, the forms often appear blurry, even when I upload a crisp copy. The exporting function doesn't always work correctly and it is time-consuming when it fails.

“Applicant Stack worked for us during the Panemic”
Pros
I appreciate the ability to create our own forms and manage email communications.
Cons
Assisting applicants who forget their login can be challenging, especially with limited live customer support. Despite receiving initial setup help, subsequent support requests often go unanswered.

“Solid ATS”
Pros
Having used both Taleo and now AppStack, I prefer the latter for its customizable features from the admin side, eliminating the need to rely on Support for every tweak.
Cons
Some features could be streamlined for fewer clicks, although every system has its quirks.

The system strikes a good balance between professionalism and user-friendliness.

“"User" access needs to increase”
Pros
Posting a job and following up is a breeze. It is user-friendly for everyone right from the start.
Cons
I would like to have more users who can review job postings and share responsibilities. It is challenging to rotate different managers for jobs they need to follow up on. As an administrator, I struggle to keep up with all the postings.

“A lot of layers - Not intuitively linked together though”
Pros
I like the flexibility to customize workflows with email templates, notifications, questionnaires, and scoring feedback.
Cons
There are numerous layers and features, but they do not seem intuitively connected. Customer support is limited to email, with response times and the level of response falling short. I believe we should have the option to call and resolve issues instead of explaining everything in emails and waiting.

“Worth the money”
Pros
The onboarding feature is fantastic in today's digital world of paperwork tracking. It helps me move towards digitalizing files and paperwork. The reports are excellent and the texting feature is exceptional.
Cons
I really wish there was a texting feature for references on the platform. It would be great if it allowed tracking and placement in the applicant's profile for easy reference replies and tracking.
