One thing I like a lot is that applicants can upload their documents directly.
Cons
It would be great if it had a feature to track each applicant's status as they move through the interview stages. We currently track this manually in excel by noting whether candidates are advancing to the 1st, 2nd or 3rd round interviews. Having this option in the application would make things so much easier.

I appreciate that once a candidate moves to onboarding, all their info is kept in one central spot. When we need something else from them, the system just automatically sends an email request. It's so convenient for them to reply and everything, resumes, forms, IDs, gets stored right there. I also love that I can post jobs everywhere at once, not just on small boards but also on big sites like Indeed.
Cons
I really wish the hiring and onboarding sections were just combined into one instead of being separate, you know? and it would be so much better if everything just came in the base package rather than having to pay extra for texting features as add-ons.

“almost flawless for rehiring”
Pros
Getting around the whole system is really smooth. Whether I'm posting a new job, looking at applications or onboarding someone, it all just flows smoothly.
Cons
Okay, what bothers me the most is when we rehire someone and you move their application to the Hired stage and the system just won't let you resend the onboarding paperwork for the new role. You actually have to go back and manipulate the old onboarding packet and then change the stage back to new which is a issue. This whole process creates duplicate onboarding documents that show up multiple times and it just gets so confusing for everyone.

so impressed with how organized this keeps everything when we're bringing new people on board. It tracks all our communication and setting up tasks to stay on top of things is incredibly easy. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
I don't fully understand all the features yet but they do have these excellent tutorial videos and the customer support is really available. And once you finally figure it all out, it's actually an outstanding system. The integration with background check companies is totally simple and it really does streamline all those repetitive tasks I used to hate.

Pros
The system is really interactive and I didn't need much time to figure it out. Once you get the hang of it, moving around feels very smooth.
Cons
For me, it is frustrating when I'm managing multiple applications from the same candidate honestly, their applications should just automatically merge together. Like when someone applies for different positions, I just want to be able to see all of their submissions in one single profile view. It would also help so much if the system could streamline onboarding for rehires instead of treating them like completely new applicants every single time.

Their UI is friendly and candidates tell me they find it simple to apply too. It just makes the whole onboarding process smooth. As an independent HR consultant, I've had several clients who really like using this platform for their hiring.
Cons
There was a way to remove old forms like W4s and other outdated documents but since employees were already onboarded using them, the system just won't let me delete anything which is frustrating.

It keeps all my recruiting tasks organized and easy to find. Their customer service has been fantastic whenever I've needed help. I use it every day for hiring and there are a lot of useful features. I find running reports and managing my job postings especially handy.

What stands out is that I can post a job to multiple platforms all at once. The template library is really handy for saving my email formATs and job descriptions. And having a candidate's full history right there makes it so much easier to track their progress.
Cons
For me the most frustrating part is not being able to search for job posting titles like, if I need to find an old posting to reactivate it or just reference something, I am literally stuck scrolling through everything manually. The candidate search is also very limiting since you need the complete, correctly spelled name as you can't just search with partial matches or even just hit enter to browse results. Another big issue is that our hiring managers can't see why someone was flagged as 'Do Not Pursue' when they apply to different positions which honestly creates blind spots in our whole process.

I use this thing every single day and the interface is just so easy to get. The customer support team is always helpful and nice whenever I have a question.
