Cons

The system generates an email for every action the applicant completes. When I have two or three new hires processing, my inbox gets flooded with notifications. ApplicantStack notification... "Jane Doe has started an application," "Jane Doe has signed form 223-C," "Jane Doe has acknowledged Drug-Free Workplace Policy."
