Pros

What I appreciate most is that applicants can call to notify me once theyve completed an application and I can promptly access and retrieve it.

Cons

Very effective application

Pros

Although Ive recently started using the application I find it intuitive. I can easily view all applicants access their documents and transition between available job descriptions seamlessly.

Cons

Currently I have no complaints. I encountered one problem while communicating with an applicant regarding her resume attachment on the app. I tried to contact her via the email provided thinking I was using Outlook but I wasnt certain. There was some confusion because she mentioned attaching her resume but I couldnt see it on the app. Hence I had to directly email her to request it bypassing the app attachment. It seems she was using Indeed for her job search.

It provides clear visibility into the pipeline status of every candidate.

Cons

The system sends an email for every action the applicant completes which floods my inbox when I have multiple new hires. The constant notifications from Applicant Stack such as Jane Doe starting an application or signing form 223-C become overwhelming.
