The separation of onboarding and recruiting is less enjoyable. I often need to switch between tabs and it would be preferable to have all history together under additional tabs in the recruiting section.

I mostly like that all client/caregiver information is centralized and easily accessible. The organization is commendable.

The client/caregiver search function is problematic - even with exact names results may not appear. Deactivated clients and caregivers should not show up in searches. Generating reports is challenging and the system doesnt consistently send alerts to caregivers as requested. There are issues with scheduling around caregiver availability and system speed. Additionally data import into Excel and cluttered search feeds are concerns.

The ability to customize forms download completed applications accommodate multiple users send automated emails and centrally launch jobs at an affordable price are standout features.

The design lacks visual appeal and the interface isnt customizable.
