Pros

Implementation is straightforward and the online onboarding process for new hires is excellent. The sales approach is relaxed and the cost is reasonable.

Cons

Information is well structured and user inputs are promptly processed. Sorting applicants based on classifications is effortless.

Cons

Nearly the entire application and hiring process can be managed on a computer. It greatly simplifies sorting through applicants and re-hires streamlining the process and saving valuable time for supervisors and HR staff.
