Pros
What stands out with ApplicantStack is the comprehensive applicant information available and the ease of emailing advancing stages and integration with other software for streamlining the hiring process. The supportive Account Manager adds to the positive experience.
Cons
Sometimes I find it challenging to use ApplicantStack because I wish it had more features. Ive suggested to our Account Manager that it would be beneficial to categorize differently or have separate tabs to classify candidates at different stages reducing the need to sift through a lot of information. It would also be helpful to filter out duplicates and applicants who were already denied moving forward.

Cons
Occasionally the resume tab reformats the persons resume. I prefer not to download everything but Ive found its better to download the resume than review the resume tab due to format changes.
