I appreciate that I can keep all my candidates organized in one spot which makes it simple to see where everyone is in the hiring process. The customization is fantastic, we can tweak everything from the hiring stages to the automated emails and the notes we take on candidates. Having all our job postings in one place with the same look, plus the direct link to Indeed is a huge plus.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything major that's wrong. It's handled everything we need pretty well. And when there's been a feature I didn't like, I could just skip using it or change a few settings to make it work better for us.

“Reliable with great support”
Pros
We've been using this for over 12 years and I feel like we're really using the recruitment module to its full potential. (We do handle onboarding through our payroll software instead.) The customization options are great and it wasn't too hard to learn. The price is definitely fair. But the best part is the support team, honestly they're the best I've dealt with in my 10+ years of using online systems. They're quick, friendly and they actually get things fixed.
Cons
It feels like they're slow to add new features sometimes. Also, I wish using templates for texting wasn't an extra cost and it would be nice if that was just included from the start.

Pros
I find this platform very easy to use and it's totally reliable. Whenever someone applies, their application shows up right away, no delays or confusion. I also love that I can track timestamps and dates because it makes putting reports together so much easier. You can see exactly how many people applied and when. After you post a job, you get a clear look at how many applications you're getting which helps you figure out what's working in your recruiting strategy.
Cons
Nothing really bothers me about this platform. It's been working fine for me.

“a real timesaver but poor search function”
Pros
Life saver! It automatically groups applicants with the same contact info so I don't have to deal with duplicates. Setting up automatic emails for onboarding is also very easy to figure out.
Cons
search function is very frustrating. When I type in a name and hit enter, nothing happens. It would be much better if it just automatically showed me a list of similar names instead of only working with that little dropdown menu.

This is my go to recruiting tool, hands down. I'm in it every day and it just makes sense. Pulling up a candidate's info or documents takes no time at all.
Cons
I wish there was a way to connect this to our other company software so we didn't have to type in everything for each new hire. It would be great to have a report that just pulled all the important information for us automatically.

Cons
The little menu on the right side closes every time you put information in. You have to keep reopening it instead of it just staying open, which is annoying.

Cons
The whole interface feels awkward and frustrating to me. I can't select alot of candidates at the same time so I have to delete them one by one. When you have hundreds of candidates, this takes forever and is really annoying.
