The customer service provided to our network is excellent. The improvements they introduce are genuinely useful like running onboarding paperwork through their system and texting applicants directly. Integration with major job boards is smooth helping us manage applicants efficiently.
Cons
New applications from applicants with different email addresses dont register as duplicates on their profile which would be convenient to mark.
