Pros

There are numerous functions for applicant tracking and its convenient for swiftly posting and accessing job listings.

Cons

After transitioning from recruiting to Onboarding its cumbersome to navigate back to the previous window. Onboarding should have its own window for seamless navigation. It would also be beneficial to include clickable skill sets on the application for filtering and specify job order distances from certain locations.

I value the flexibility in guiding applicants through various stages swiftly. The text and email functionalities are rapid providing a comprehensive overview of applicant status on the home screen.

Cons

Theres no prominent feature upon logging in to indicate new applicants or those in new stages. It would be helpful to have a visible indicator or separate section for recently moved applicants. Additionally the search feature should not require exact spelling and onboarding could be more intuitive. An online chat help feature would also be beneficial.
