Everything is in one place, all the applicant info and our messages. The transfer into Clear Care is fantastic and a massive time saver. Running reports is usually pretty easy too.
Cons
The customer service and one integration need work.�We sometimes get glitches with the ClearCare sync when moving an applicant to a job offer stage has created duplicate entries. Not ideal.

I can easily search and filter through candidates and jobs. Assigning managers is simple. Creating job and email templates is a huge time saver! It's so easy to rate applicants or add notes. The bulk email feature works perfectly. Posting to multiple platforms is one streamlined process. I use the onboarding module too and new hires do most of their first-day paperwork online before they start. This makes their first day more about "welcome!" and less about "sign here." since we went digital, I don't have to scan anything and it's all handled online.
Cons
Dealing with more than five clients at once is confusing.�The system limits me to only five dynamic clients simultaneously which isn't enough when I'm managing multiple open positions with different managers.
