Pros
It is very easy to find my way around and printing applications is simple. The search feature for candidates saves me so much time and I don't have to scroll through every single job posting to find someone.
Cons
There were video tutorials showing everything this platform can do. On other sites, those videos always show me faster ways to do things and features I didn't even know were there.

The interface is super interactive and moving between different sections feels smooth. The whole workflow just makes sense and moves naturally.
Cons
only thing that bugs me is that I can't merge applicant applications. I have to add them to new jobs and then jump between different positions just to see all my notes.

This thing saves me so much time by posting our jobs to a bunch of sites at once. I also love that it automatically sends a "we got your application" email to candidates right after they apply.
Cons
I had a hard time finding where to put the closing date for a job. I ended up having to go back later and update the status manually which was annoying.

since we started using this system, our whole hiring process has gotten so much smoother. People can apply online and the communication between us and candidates is way better. Our HR team now does all the new hire stuff electronically which has cut out a huge pile of paperwork and manual work.
Cons
It's kind of inconvenient that the recruiting and onboarding parts are separate.
