“Truly amazing collaboration tool”
Pros
Being able to message the whole management team with one click is fantastic. Sharing feedback with each other works perfectly even when we're all working from home. It also stops us from accidentally calling the same applicant twice which is a huge time-saver. Honestly it's an amazing tool that makes our whole process smoother.
Cons
Their site has had some weird updates over the years that I'm not a fan of. It's not as mobile-friendly as it used to be and the whole thing feels more complicated now. I actually liked the simpler layout they had before.

Pros
I can download all the applicant info in one go which saves me tons of time. The mass email feature is handy for contacting lots of candidates at once. Setting up tasks helps me stay organized through the whole hiring process. Having everything in one place makes it so easy to track where each person is.
Cons
It's very frustrating that I can't download cover letters as PDFs or Word docs. Having them in a better format would make things so much smoother. Also when I export everything, it all comes out in one giant file. I'd love to be able to export by candidate name to keep each person's info together.

Pros
I just liked one part which was when I look someone up, the job they applied for is right there next to their name.
Cons
The reporting features are very limited. I can't even see how many candidates are in each stage of the process which would be really helpful. Also when I need quick help, there's no phone number to call. I have to rely on email which is frustrating when you need an answer right away.

Pros
This system totally aligned our hiring. Applicants apply online and we communicate with them way better. Our HR team now processes everything electronically which has eliminated so much paperwork and manual work.
Cons
The interface feels outdated and could be simpler but I see they're working on it. My biggest frustration is when a candidate applies for multiple jobs, I have to update their stage for each application one by one. It would be so much better to do it all at once in a single window. I actually suggested this as a feature but never heard back so I don't even know if they got my idea.

Getting all the applications digitally is a game-changer. So much more convenient than paper.
Cons
Data transfer is weird. It pulls the customer's name but not their date of birth even though the system clearly has it. I'd also love to add my own custom questions that automatically show up and I wish I could personalize my tracking options to match my workflow.

It has been incredible for our company. It's completely transformed how we do things.
Cons
a few small things add up. The "minor question" feature confuses applicants and then I have to untangle their answers. The email tab is frustrating because I can't tell if someone actually got my message. Phone numbers show up as one long number without spaces which is hard to read and it would be way better formatted like 999-999-9999. And there's no auto-cAPItalization so applicants have to format everything manually which is annoying for them.

Cons
I haven't run into anything that I dislike. The platform gets updated regularly which sometimes means relearning where a button is but I see that as a positive sign that they're always trying to improve it.
